Had a small issue with a broken chain but was fixed immediately and was back up the hill to the lighthouse in 15mins. Will be using them again next year. - Tony D1 contributionThis is the 3rd time we have booked with Jason at Ultimate Bike Hire. I have been to most of the other bike rentals in Pollenca and nothing beats the service from Jason.
From fantastic bikes, first class service and a desire to help in any way he can. He even helps cyclist who are not booked in with him.
We had an issue on the road and Jason came out to get us back up and running again.

Service was very friendly and professional, and the we felt that 97 euros for 4 days (per bike) was a good rate. The bikes themselves were perfect and provided a comfortable ride, even through a storm on the 4th day! He helped us in fitting our big bag behind our scooter with rope . Will definately use hos services in future . The company was easy to work with and while it was nice to practice Spanish they spoke great English.

- Julie B23 contributionsWe did the tour yesterday having previously gone on it 7 years ago. Booking on line was easy and we asked the question about taking our sons manual wheelchair. Dominic spoke to us and said it was fine. The day before the trip Dominic rung us to check all details. We arrived and Dominic could not have been more helpful. He was amazing and even gave us a crate to take to help our son climb into the jeep. The tour was good had to be changed slightly due to weather. ALL staff were amazing so attentive and constantly offering to help us. When we stopped for food they even altered the seating so our son could sit at the end of the table in his wheelchair. Cannot recommend this tour enough. Everything is wonderful and it is fabulous to be able to take our disabled son on a trip and be treat normally and not to feel a burden. Thank you sooooo much Dominic and staff for a fabulous day out ......just a shame about the rain !!!! It was lovely to see parts of the island we probably wouldn’t have done but the ‘off-road’ part was disappointing. - PETER K6 contributionsMy family and I have been coming to Son Anthem on and off for the past 23 years and we have always loved the resort, the villas, the pools and the good service Marriott are so famous for but there are cracks appearing everywhere, and not just in terms of wear and tear but also in terms of service and quality. Three major drawdowns and the reason for the low rating are:
1) for some mysterious reason, Marriott thought it would be a good idea to separate the hotel and the resort and treat it as two separate accommodations. Not sure when that happened or why but it has taken away access to the best (main) pool and food experiences on the resort and left villa guests with one tiny main pool that is ridiculously small (was always known as the spa pool) and not at all appropriate for that many guests.
2) The villas are starting to look and feel a bit outdated which is expected after 25 years but at least get some up to date TV’s and streaming access.
3) Sorry but the food at the Terrace (only place left to eat) is below par. Cedric and Elena were absolutely superb in helping me out after I lost my phone, I was able to use their phone, laptop and printer. I printed my flight boarding pass and spoke to bus company where I left my phone. They went above and beyond in helping me out.
