- K**2315 contributionsThis boat party is definitely a MUST if you're going with friends. The boat stands our from the other boats that are there, decorated well. There is a professional photographer on board who takes pictures of each group on board. The food was delicious and staff were friendly. The boat stops and we get to jump in if we too. Be careful to select good weather otherwise water will be too cold. The DJ was so lively and we all had fun. - KarenLV71Boston, MA8 contributionsThis was a great tour and I loved that it was just our family. We got to see many caves and the boat goes in as far as possible which made for great photos. We also had many snorkeling experiences at multiple spots including being able to snorkel in a cave. Snorkle gear is provided which made it very convenient. The lunch was fantastic with lots of options to share and there was more than enough food, water, soft drinks, beer, and champagne.
The crew was great and the captain is very experienced. We got out tickets from Rosa - she was so helpful. We loved this trip so much we then booked to go and see the dolphins. The guys on the boat were really knowledgeable. Thank you. - Cruiser268224043011 contributionThe entire experience of the boat rental was really pleasant. Their response was always very quick and customer friendly. Within only a short time, all the „admin stuff“ was sorted and lined up for the boat trip. The boat trip as such was also fantastic experience. We spent an unforgettable day on the boat with our skipper Antonio which did great job. Antonio showed us some lovely spots around Formentera and Ibiza. He was always very friendly and customer-oriented and we have always felt very well taken care of. - Thomas C2 contributionsMy fiancée and I went on the 08:30 excursion and it was amazing, easily the best excursion we've ever been on. It was well organised with a shuttle bus that picked you up near to your hotel in the morning with clear instructions on where the pick up point is, we got a little confused on where we were dropped off when shuttled back but the bus driver called our name to let us know it was our stop.
The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and clearly loved what they do, they really made you feel like they wanted you to have the best experience. They organised the seating on the boat so there wasn't any fighting or scrambling for seats and when arriving at a pod of dolphins they let the people sitting in the middle or the back of the boat walk around to see the dolphins on either side. They provided blankets for the trip over to the dolphins and back (as it did get a little cold with the wind and it being quite early) as well as information on the dolphins themselves as well as the local area. They were all very enthusiastic and were willing to take photos/video for people as well. The trip online says 2 hours which is fairly accurate, and for our trip I would say it took around 40mins to arrive at the pod, 40mins seeing them and then 40mins back.
We have seen glimpses of dolphins before, but having a decent time there meant we got a lot of video and pictures which all added to experience. They dont feed or interact with the animals other than following behind slowly so it was very respectful and just about seeing them in their natural habitat. All in all we would say it was the best all round experience on an excursion that we've been on before which warranted the 5* review. I paid 490 euros and then I was surprised with extras that were not included on the trip like fuel, insurance and skipper. Anyway, Walter, the skipper made all journey really awesome and we have enjoyed the best day at Mallorca according to my kids…happy ending!!! - Allan C2 contributionsLoved the helpful & professional staff!!!.... but alas, the actual reefs have little wildlife and few fish, even though it is supposed to be a protected marine ecosystem. Would strongly suggest finding better quality reefs.
