- Jake C1 contributionWe went on three half-day tours with Pere during our 10 night stay in Mallorca. Pere was very welcoming and had a good Local knowledge of both the wildlife and history of the island. Each tour had 3-4 guests (including me and my partner) and a good mix of nationalities, which made for good conversation (British, American, Dutch & Danish). The tours were relaxed and we Pere accommodated for different experience with birding. Will certainly get in touch next time we're visiting the island. All 8 of us really enjoyed our journey/experience aboard this beautiful boat with Captain Will who was very attentive and knowledgable of mallorca. We did 2.5 hour tour to the lighthouse with tapas which was delicious. - Veronika D1 contributionAntonio and Vanessa were the most amazing guides ! They shared so much knowledge with us and the caves were absolutely breathtaking 😍 I felt very well looked after by them both, and they made me feel safe ( I have a fear of swimming in the dark, and of caves). Vanessa took lots of beautiful photos and videos of us which she sent us after, so we could always remember this wild experience. I really recommend doing a tour with them, you won't regret it! The crew was amazing and the food was exceptionally tasty!😍 I have never tried a monkey swing before, at first I was scared a little 😅 but it turned out to be amazing!! We rented bikes for half a day in Artá, to ride on the scenic old train road called via verde.. check in went great, until after 30minutes we got a flat tire. The ‘helpdesk’ was a real nightmare, they couldn’t find us they said (though there is only one long road and you can’t miss it) and after 1,5 hours of waiting and endless conversations we decided to walk back to the start. Asked for a refund and they blame us?!? Our tour started out with winding through the olive oil trees and stopping to look at some of the older trees on the property. Our guide told us how they harvest all the olives by hand, the only fertilizer used is from the sheep wandering around the property. After our tour they had this incredible spread of cheese, olive oils, fruit, bread and drinks for us to sample.
