- Londoner016London, UK971 contributionsWe booked a pool cabana for €400 which included a bottle of Moet champagne, 100 for food and drink. It was well appointed with a nice overview of the pool and sea. Our server Rex was excellent, regularly topping up our champagne and water. The clientele was fairly varied, older groups and young couples. But we were surprised by the big groups of Middle Eastern men probably fans from the Dubai branch, which gave the place a somewhat masculine edge. It would have been a nicer mix if there was more of a 50/50 gender balance. The music was very commercial (it could have been edgier and more interesting) and the place is lively (not a place for a relaxing afternoon snooze!). The pool was very small and a bit too busy for our liking. Nevertheless we enjoyed the sushi offering and beef sliders which were delicious. The drinks are expensive but nicely mixed. You can access the beach which is a nice sandy beach which we found quite impressive despite the reputation of Magaluf. Overall worth it but be prepared for lots of muscly blokes posing around and for your wallet to take a pasting!Written 9 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michael M2 contributionsThis place is simply perfect. Our waitress Alba was soooo good, funny, helpful and attentive.
The food was amazing. This is the best pasta dish I have ever had, and I am not easily pleased.
I left feeling so happy, and we will be back.Written 3 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You go in through a gated entrance and down a few steps to the reception. Check in, band given, card taken and stored safely so everything goes on one bill. It took a few more minutes than necessary but all fine. Shown to your sunbeds or Bali beds by Raul. The pool is an ambient temperature and a lovely size. The toilets and pool area all clean and a pleasure to be in. The staff are very friendly and whenever you want a drink, you see a server and order. No queuing at a bar and no rushing about. Its all very relaxed. The vibe is gentle background music and relaxing. I am 60 and yes, OK, I was probably the second oldest, but didn't feel out of place. This is an adult place. It may not be made clear but is adult only. There is a restaurant to sit at where families can come but children not allowed to use the pool. They did whilst we were there and immediately asked to leave.
There are steps down to the sea. Its clear and stunning, but not owned by the sea club. The steps are steep and treacherous but accessible. The actual rocks into the sea are like glass so you need to wear shoe flipper things. Too slippy to walk in. Basically stay un the sea club and enjoy the views.
All in all this is a great place. EnjoyWritten 18 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
