Excellent market for fresh produce. If you have apartment and can cook then this is the market to get your food. Freshest veggies, mushrooms. Glorious fish (treat yourself to the turbot and be gobsmacked at the value) (fish closed on Mondays)
Wine by the litre, take your own bottle for refill or pay a little extra or splash out for the posher stuff at 5+ euros a bottle.
    This is a cook's market.

It is a nice and very large two-story shopping mall.
The building complex is quite new, well organized and well maintained. The shops are many and of all kinds.
There is a very large food area with a wide choice.
    Great for family and singles.
    Dogs are allowed.
It is quite far from the center, so it is advisable to study the itinerary and choose carefully how to get there, possibly using the Metro B till Conca d'Oro and then continuing by bus to the final destination.
Avoid it on weekends: too confusing and crowded.

A lively “zero kilometer” market, situated behind the Mouth of Truth (Bocca della Verita) and at one end of the Circus Maximus, with some excellent local foods and produce -- fruit, vegetables, meat, seafood, cheeses, baked goods, wine, etc. You can get sandwiches and other simple fixings here, there is a garden with a bit of a view of the Arch of Janus, where you can eat. We bought lunch there, two sausages with a little bread and salad, meat on skewers, tomato bruschetta, and two bottles of water for 17 euros.

Very large outlet, few international luxury brands, but mostly Italian and local brands.

ATTENTION to go there, there is a shuttle-bus that leaves from Termini Station exactly from Via Giovanni Giolitti, number 48. There are no signs or anything at this location, the bus arrives 10min before the departure time.
Better check the shuttle schedules on the official website of the outlet.

A nice and well-designed mall, located in the center of Rome close to many tourist sites.
If you are walking around the area, it is nice to take a short tour inside the mall and be impressed by the special design.
Those who love shopping will find here what to buy. However, the prices are high.

Large, clean, modern shopping mall with every imaginable store. Parking is convenient and free. You'll pull a ticket when you park, but unless you stay a LONG time, you won't pay anything to park.
    Plenty of coffee shops.
Signage in the parking garage could be better. No indication as to the locations of the parking payment machines.

If you like to spend some amount of time in Rome, you should plan on visiting this market.
It is a charming market with something for everyone. Similar to a farmers market, but with dedicated stalls for numerous sellers of produce, fresh fish, meat, exotic spices, beans, rice, grains, dates, groceries, olives...All pretty fresh and cheap.
    Amazing stands full of colours.
We went and we like it. It was a wonderfully local experience.
We have seen some fruits and vegetables which you usually do not find in our supermatkets. They come from China, India, South America..
In the same compound, there’s another area where there are stalls with oriental fabrics, luggage, garments and shops with Asian taylors for alterations, but that part is not particularly interesting and memorable.
It's not very clean, but there is a lot of options and variety! Also conveniently located next to Termini station and to Vittorio Emanuele subway station.
It was a joy for our eyes and senses.

I was looking for more antiques and perhaps better vintage vendors and what I found was table after table of very low quality bundles of clothing. I guess if you have seen everything in Rome and you have no other plans on a Sunday then it’s worth it.

We had read about Enrico and his shop in an article by “Giada” as the source for the perfect Rome souvenir. A specially engraved marble plaque seemed like a great idea so we went in search of Enrico with a couple of short sayings. We came back a day later to pick them up as promised. They were perfect and inexpensive - and a big hit when we got home. Thanks Enrico!

Great space for exhibitions with white walls and high ceiling. Really loved the atmosphere and Metropoli the photo exhibition on the 1st floor.

Would have been a nice experience, but like a few other tourists we found the market closed until September. Went to see some place called the Collosus Museum(sp.??) which was nearby, interesting enough.

What the reviewers said below--but actually Romans take their items there to sell. It's a great place to shop and has art, crap, clothes, purses, etc. Exactly what one wants.
