I book cooking classes in most countries I travel to, and I was so pleasantly surprised how small the group was and with the variety of dishes we accomplished during the class.
Wine was served throughout the class and meal, and compared to the other cooking classes in Rome, Cesare and company provide excellent value.

You can find less expensive cooking classes in Rome but this one is well worth the price and a terrific value and we highly recommend it!
