Nice park next to the river, very popular with locals, lots of people running and canoeing at the weekends. Great place to walk or relax. Don’t miss the Medieval borgo.

We had a lovely walk along the Po, the longest river in Italy, and did enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area with the fine buildings and a number of parks along its banks.

A gorgeous noble villa one could expect in the countryside...in town center! It is not surprising tha some special events take place there, such as marriages.

It is amazing how many squirrels are there, I love them, plus the place looks ancient, It is really a place to go to if you're already nearby

Big green garden, a very nice place to relax during a visit to Turin. Lots of seating available. There's some cool art on display as well.

This is a big park, full of old trees, picturesque artificial lakes and a river crossing the park. Has a special area for dogs, horse riding, sports and bbq

One of the hidden gems of Turin, perfect for a Sunday hike or a family picnic. Don't miss the view from the top of the hill!

This place has the most amazing view of Torino with the mountains as a stunning backdrop! Specially during sunset, when the orange sun shines from behind the alps and the whole city slowly fades into darkness and streetlamps.

The park is quite big with many good spots for sitting and enjoying the view, a picnic or just chilling with family or friends.

There is a cafe as well (Cafe De Parco) but I wouldn't recommend it.

The park is located on a hill-top. So bring your good walking shoes (approx. 1 hour from the river Po) or take the bus (10 min) to "Cavoretto" from where the top can be reached in ~10minutes.

Giardino Roccioso is a botanical garden located in Parco Valentino. Here you can see a lot of different trees and plants and you can enjoy walking or playing with children. In fact, it is a place for the family. Also here there are some very beautiful statues. Also it is near the main street in Parco del Valentino, so you can eat or drink something in some bars. A very interesting and beautiful place for all family
(see also Borgo Medievale, Parco del Valentino and Giardino Medievale).

We wanted to make pictures of Turin from the Belvedere but had to go to Superga to enjoy a magnificient view. The trees haven’t been cut nor well maintained... so no view to enjoy from there ! Go to Superga !
