It was a very sobering experience. Glad we did it. Very moving. Has inspired me to re-read The Diary of Anne Frank book again. Not read this since school days many years ago!

Amsterdam's most famous park was designed and built in 1850 and today is a popular place for tourists and residents to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, jogging and picnicking.

This should be on everyone's bucket list! There are 7 million tulips, hyacinths, daffodils and other flowers set in a landscape of lakes, trees, pavilions and water features. You can go inside a windmill and take a boat trip around the bulb fields. When we were there the fields were planted with hyacinths - what an amazing smell. You will see tulips that you have never seen before - it was impossible to pick a favourite as there were so many. Do allow at least 4 hours plus to see everything and visit the gift shops.

This charming neighborhood is Amsterdam's Greenwich Village, with its narrow streets, leafy canals lined with 17th-century houses, unique specialty shops, cafes and designer boutiques.

Walk around and check things out for free. Funny thing is they charge to use the toilet, which was annoying. The shoe shop was very fun, the guy demonstrated how to make a shoe...then we bought one. Everyone enjoyed it.

Lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. I was with my sister and we both felt safe in the heart of the city

Visiting the Mauritshuis museum, included in the ticket, there is the possibility to visit the gallery as well. Mauritshuis is very beautiful.
It is worth it. If you have the museum card, both are free.

Loved this experience! Enjoyed how it was interactive. Well worth the money for the amount of Heineken you can consume!

Only feedback would be, we didn't spend much room in the tasting room and felt like we had to literally down the beer!!

We were on a walking tour that took us into the red light district. An interesting place and the guide said it was much more lively at night.

I went to the efteling in august, and I can definitely say it was an amazing experience. The park is beautifully decorated and is absolutely magical. There were enough places you could choose from to eat and the food was very good. I absolutely loved the attractions, especially “Joris en de draak” and the “Baron 1898”. Other things I found very beautiful where “Het Sprookjesbos” and “droomvlucht”.
The only really negative thing was the waiting times. We had to wait one time for 75 minutes in the heat. Lucky this was the only thing that annoyed me. I would definitely recommend this park to people and I personally think this park is better than Disneyland.

We loved this! Only visited as Captain Dave had suggested it as a highlight. A hidden catholic church within a townhouse. Beautifully preserved, helpful and friendly staff with an excellent audio tour. Highly recommend.
