- Alice500Athens, Greece347 contributionsOne of the main places you have to visit in Folegandros.
The church is open until 21:00. You will need around 20 minutes to go up. Take some water and wear comfy shoes as the route is uphill. One of the best sunsets in the island.Written 10 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Pretty quiet this day because no hourly boat. Only about 15 persons and most were naturist.
.
There are no facilities of any kind, nor is there any shade. Do come prepared with suncreme, food, water, umbrella and whatever else you may need.Written 20 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The hike back out took 53min. If you are wondering, there is no shade on the hike. The views were beautiful. The beach itself has medium and small rocks. The water was calm and cool. We put our things under a tree in the shade. There were few people at that time of year (mid-June) and a boat came every hour or so.Written 12 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jolanda LThe Hague, The Netherlands7 contributionsBeautiful but crowded beach. Reached after a little hike. Second part of the beach is naturist. Only to bad that some textiles don’t obey this silent rule.Written 29 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KlarenceMadrid, Spain58 contributionsThis beach was very easy to get to. We took a bus. Nice sand and water. More tourist-y than Livadaki or Vorina.Written 12 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Glenn SGlasgow, UK86 contributionsWe were just around the corner at the main Angali Beach and decided to walk around the path and found this little gem of a place. It is down as a nudist beach but there was just 1 girl there with nothing on and nobody cared. The water was stunning and there was only about 5 people there.Written 14 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chrissie2012Athens, Greece53 contributionsIt is an old traditional house with all its equipment. It is nice to see it. there are ladies more than willing to show you around and explain you how people used to live in the island before tourism.Written 12 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - C-Z-1982Reno, NV760 contributionsNot easy to get to, but wonderful small beach. Slippery stones to get into the water so bring some shoes to go into the incredibly beautiful seawater.Written 28 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The staff were 10/10 in every aspect of helpfulness, courtesy and communications. The path is tricky, there is a section which has fallen away and a scramble on hands-and-knees was required. It's worth it though, the small beach has pebbles, beautiful views around. It wasn't very busy when we were there (July) but is on the route for hikers from the Chora to Agali, so lots of passing traffic.Written 25 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ioannis TraiforosGlasgow, UK2 contributionsAmazing scenery. You will be swimming in crystal clear water. The walk can be difficult when sunny. I took a star off because the beach had a lot of washed out plastic:(Written 18 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
