    Loads of fun!
    We visited with our 14 year old son and almost 3 year old daughter in May, outside of UK school holidays so it was super quiet-no queues. Very easy to get to. We hired a car. The slides were lots of fun. It’s laid back - I’m not a fan of having someone take my photo every 5 minutes but some people may enjoy these mementoes to purchase on departure. I do feel water slides are generally not the safest but I think that’s not unique to here. Let’s face it, nothings holding you on the slide so you can get a few knocks. Overall I felt it was excellent fun for kids and adults alike - even the food wasn’t horrendously expensive - we had a great day and would return if we were ever in Crete again.

    Can’t recommend enough
    This is my second visit to Yannis and Odysseus’ workshop. With both groups we had a fantastic visit that was memorable enough to recommend to friends. It’s a great way to spent your time in Crete and the hospitality and welcome is wonderful. I highly recommend visiting them for a great couple of hours to learn some things about bronze casting and have a go at it. They never pressure you to buy your cast at the end and their gallery of products that they have made themselves is beautiful! Coffees and biscuits provided! Can’t recommend enough. I will be back for a third time my next trip to Crete. Thanks Odysseus for a great time and my beautiful miniature sword! 🗡️

    Have a nice meal before you go
    The dancers and musicians were amazing. Excellent entertainment and audience participation. The food was very disappointing, cold mains, bread rolls like canon balls and tough meat. The wine was not the best. Very expensive when you take out the food. We paid 60 euros per person. Half in the excursion office and half in cash to the driver which was strange.
