Easy to book and to find the place to take out tickets before boarding.

We went on the trip on 25th of March at 09:00 and were very lucky. We had just left the harbor when we saw the first blow of a whale. Suddenly we were surrounded by 6 whales, both humpback and finwhale. There was a great tourguide who kept pointing out where to look and what kind of wales we were seeing.
There was also an employee on board who took pictures of the whales and we were told that they would send us the pictures for free if we email them. I sent an email yesterday and hope to get an answer soon!

We had an amazing time and it was totally worth freezing my fingers off to get some own videos. It's easy to say that it was worth the money since we had such luck with finding many whales just outside the harbor. And i must say that the sourroundings - seeing Reykjavik and mountains from the ocean was nothing short of breathtaking.

We wanted to get the full experience so we stod outside on the deck. It was really windy and cold so bring really warm shoes, gloves, glasses and something to cover your face.

    Can't say anything negative.

This was one of the best things of my life,, to see those magnificent creatures up close was wonderful. The crew and captain gives a good informative commentary and are so careful and considerate not to disturb the whales, all engines off, no sonar used at all. Just a wonderful trip

Friendly staff , boat well equipped not too crowded which was good , did see other boats very full up which would make seeing the whales and dolphins difficult . We saw lots of Dolphins and two humpback whales .

    Excellent opportunity to see whales!
Instructions were clear and it was such an amazing opportunity.
Felt very safe and had fun.
I would definitely suggest doing this instead of the big boats

Both crew members where great and found us a humpback whale! My dream came true to see one. The birds diving in the sea where also fab and the dolphins were everywhere diving under the boat. We also seen porpoises and lucky enough to see a minke whale for a far. It was such a fun ride on the boat and would definitely recommend this company, would do it again in a second.

The whales were in harbour so easy to spot
Went by bus to different harbour as whales were there and only informed on day of tour, didn’t know tour was departing from close to our hotel so wasted journey across city
However a nice trip and bucket list tick as whales in all their playful glory seen

Can't say enough about how amazing the horses are. A highlight among many Iceland delights. Same goes for the whale watching. Amazing scenery and lots of sightings. The only warning is that, if you are driving yourself, make sure you have a plan for getting to the boat on time. We almost missed the whale watching and had to parking illegally to have any chance of making the boat. As it was, we were the last to board and I think they had to hold the departure a few minutes so we could make it.

An amazing experience. We saw dolphins and whales but the highlight of the trip was the sunset, it was absolutely beautiful and would definitely go back just to experience the midnight sun again.

Whale watching was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it. I got the package with the puffins but didn’t see as many puffins as I thought. If I was to do again I would just do whale watching 👍. Bonus we had great weather and sun shining.

This was top of my list when visiting Iceland.
Lucas was the guide and kept us informed throughout the trip.
I got to see a humpback and minke
They even provide complimentary sea sickness tablets

We were booked on this two-part trip. Unfortunately we received a call in the morning to say that the whale-watching trip on that day was cancelled due to weather, but it was re-booked for another day. The Northern Lights trip did go ahead and the trip was as good as we could have expected in the circumstances. The boat was large with all the facilities you would expect, plus warm body-suits were available to allow us to stay on deck if desired without getting frozen. We did get to see the lights, although it was only for the last 30 minutes of the trip and they were fairly underwhelming in all honesty. Obviously that’s not the fault of the tour company, but it did mean we needed to book additional trips on subsequent nights to try and see a better show, as having technically seen the lights on our booked trip, we couldn’t take advantage of the offer of additional free trips should the lights not appear.

The postponed whale watching trip was also cancelled due to weather, but when requested, we did received a partial refund on the tour cost, as we were unable to do the whale-watching before the end of our trip.
