Best to visit at high tide when the Mosque that is built on stilts "seems" to be floating. Otherwise you will see a Mosque built on stilts and you will be disappointed. Great please to enjoy and take pictures. Dress attire to be considered as this is a religious place - so please "cover up" when you visit.

Locals shop here for fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits as there are no supermarkets in the idyllic residential neighborhood by the long clean beach. The fishing village next to the Floating Mosque guorantees fresh catch. There is also a large food court and a new recycling facility in the complex.

Nott much in the way of beach just a couple of old piers.
One used by local fishermen with motor bikes racing up and down, the other an old wooden structure, keeping the bikes at bay.
Not much to see just a couple of stalls selling tourist trips and a handful of cafes to seek refuge.
    Bus drivers unhelpful buyer beware!
Best bit is the scenic drive to get there.

This is a 32 hectare recreational park located in Teluk Bahang and is part of the Teluk Bahang Forest Reserve. A stream flows through it with waterfalls and pools for dipping and swimming. There are camping and picnic areas with some hiking trails for the more adventurous. Popular and crowded during weekends and public holidays, it is a nice place to relax and commune with Mother Nature.

The Soap Cellar as its name indicates specialises in natural cleaning products for the body. Handmade soaps, of course, lotions, oils and talcum powders, shampoos, conditioners etc, most of them artisanal and organic. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly and prices are reasonable. A very good and original address in an area that is fast developing as a hub of cafés, specialist shops and bistrots.

That's a lot people in there, must go here for my opinion. They have many gift shop for the choice, especially the local Penang coffee, it's cheap and taste good.
