This is the best bar in Samöens.
Phillipe the owner and barman is very very friendly.
He makes the best drinks and always serves them with a smile.
He treats all his customers like friends.
    We love this place

Visit the Red Rock, everytime we are in Samoens, 8 times this year. GREAT atmosphere, great crowd, the best music, simply the best bar in France, and the owner Jerome, one top guy, friendly, generous, always great to see. Hope to be back in December, for good beer, music and frinedship. Rock on, Red Rock.

Our favourite bar in Samoens, we always feel very welcome here and therefore keep coming back. Cocktails are definitely worth a try (strong!), and if there's a live band on make sure you turn up early for a good seat. Special mention for Anthony, he's a lovely guy, keeps a VERY clean bar and you won't be kept waiting any longer than necessary for a fresh drink.

Trendy bar that appears to be up its own backside. Disappointing to see Guinness, Kilkenny and other non local beers on sale. Why can't French Bars sell French beers? It was also ridiculously expensive. Two beers were €15.80 whereas next door in a typically French bar a pint and a half with two Kirs was €15.50. Had the one and didn't go back. Suggest you don't bother.
