What travellers are saying
- Richard MaunderRingwood, UK24 contributionsIt's one of the BEST beaches you can visit when you're in Exuma. The sand is GREAT, and the sea water is clean and GOOD for swimming. I've been coming to this beach since 2006 and always liked it.Written 28 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Brooke Y1 contributionWe had an amazing time! Odyssey Picnics was the way we capped off our first ever trip to Exuma and we could not be happier with the entire experience! The tablescape was beautiful and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious! If we get to make another trip to Exuma, we’d definitely book another experience with them!Written 1 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MarCMiwords107 contributionsVery cute boutique in the middle of Georgetown across from the Peace and plenty hotel. Resort-wear dresses, coverups, bathing suits for men and women, tshirts, and accessories - some on the pricey side - but not your every day selection. They do have a sale section and a big selection of hats. Definitely worth a stop on your way through town.Written 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Janet G1 contributionEast way to get to Stocking Island and Chat n Chill. Meet at the 221 Wine Spirits right in the Georgetown loop to catch the taxi. Look for the middle aged man w gold chains to pay. Park across the street.Written 28 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DrElTigerHummelstown, PA94 contributionsGreat views with active blow holes make this a must stop. Pull in by the gazebo and park. A bit rough for swimming the day we went with the only white caps we saw in the Exhumas.Written 25 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Darell B14 contributionsOverall I enjoyed the market. A bit higher than the states but understandable. They accept all credit cards except discover. I asked this question to one of the employees and she politely answered. The owner must have overheard me ask because he seemed to have gotten offended and made a sarcastic comment back to me. I’m not sure what that was about but I never went to the Bahamas so certainly didn’t think it was offensive to ask how I can patronize your store. Other than that it was a fine shopping experience. They had fresh fruit and produce and unique products as well.Written 7 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DV1000Meaford, Canada85 contributionsWe enjoyed the landscaping and view as we poked around waiting for our dinner reservation. The old tombstones had some great history.Written 21 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SUSY W6 contributionsEveryone got what they wanted! No bartering on prices, but that was fine. Prices were fair and selection was good.Written 14 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lynnette HCalifornia, USA10 contributionsNice place to stop if you're looking for island decor and handmade bags and paintings. I bought a hand made bag by the famous "princess McKensie" of island fame. Her bags are not only a work of art but very sturdy and usable. The shop is out of the downtown area and easily reached by car. Plenty of space and the owner is very pleasant.Written 5 March 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dana BOlympia, WA27 contributionsWe rented a Boston Whaler. The staff here are so efficient and helpful. It was a total breeze. they do provide coolers and have ice on site. We have a boat in the US however a boating license or experience is not required. I'd just be cautious about low tide and all of the sand bars. We moored at a buoy at Fowl Cay - great snorkeling. Better than expected. We anchored at chill n chat and moored at a buoy at the mystery hole/cave. We stopped at starfish beach... a bit underwhelming... but fine. Saw a few small starfish. The staff provide a map that shows where to go. We also saw the channel markers for an additional snorkel stop.Written 16 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David M11 contributionsGreat private massage from Dunnia on short notice. Dunnia was attentive and thorough. I loved the sections that most massages overlook: IT bands, hands, feet. Highly recommend!Written 16 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CliveWatkinsDallas, TX1,276 contributionsMost tours will take you there. Or rent a boat and get there yourself. Water is easy to navigate thru the islands. Cool vibe, good music and Bahamas beach food. Beautiful water beach, and generally happy fun people hanging out. Not rowdy at all, just family funWritten 5 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
