We enjoyed this beach very much. The waves were great and not too strong. My husband and 11 year old son body surfed most of the day. The beach sand was nice and no rocks. Our belongings felt safe on the beach when we were swimming. After swimming we walked to Tamboo and had drinks and a nice meal.

This area in Rincon does not seem to have many easy places to access the water without scary rocks on shore full of dangerous sea urchins. But Steps Beach has a sandy bottom area that makes it easy to access this snorkeling area. We so so many fish, a sea turtle and just generally enjoyed swimming around for a few hours. Parking is limited - get there early on a weekend day!

This place is worth the stop. The lighthouse includes a lovely boardwalk with a gorgeous view of the ocean and a lovely breeze. There is also kiosks selling drinks, etc.

A quick drive from where we were staying in Rincon. Overall it was a nice place to snorkel but extremely dangerous to enter. The rocks were SO slippery due to being covered in moss. Parking is also horrific but we are quickly learning that it to be expected all over the island. Sadly this place is no exception without even a paved parking lot. There is also no where to rinse off.

I've visited Desecheo three times for diving. This is an underwater paradise. If you are a certified diver don't miss this dive.

The lighthouse is a must do. Multiple lookout stations with breathtaking views. There’s a little bar at the end of the walk where you can grab a beverage cliff-side and watch the waves break into domes beach. Spent at least two hours taking in the views (and multiple Coronas).

Beautiful spot above the domes Beach where surfers are a source of entertainment . Sometimes a manatee or dolphin will join in the fun Unfortunately some of the fencing has fallen to disrepair. Needs some TLC.

Awesome place to surf Locals speak fluent English and it’s better to fly into Aguadilla. If you fly into San Juan it takes 3 hours to get there so I suggest you choose your airport carefully! We love the waves the surf ship and the restaurant at Maria’s beach! We are going back for sure!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for the whole family. Beautiful clear calm water and gorgeous views. Convenient parking . Not too crowded. All amenities within reach without feeling too crowded or touristy. My husband and I got two standup paddle boards and each took a kid. They brought their masks and had a blast looking down in the water and getting on and off the board. Probably our favorite spot of the whole trip.

The owner was very helpful with local things to do while we were visiting Rincon. She is very pleasant and has beautiful gifts/art for sale. Gallery is small but worth the trip.

I can see the appeal of many of the more popular tucked away beaches in the area, but once we found this, we came back over and over. Especially quiet on a weekday, there were times we felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The roped off swimming area is safe for kids and fun for adults, the waves let you bob around and feel relaxed. Over to the right of the swimming area it gets rocky, but take a snorkel and go explore the beautiful reef hiding close by. Jaw dropping beautiful sights to see! Might not be as dramatic as Steps Beach, but is far less a chore to get to. Also come back to watch the sunset!

Found it by accident on rt 115, not on the square. Great variety of local produce and local flavors. Wish we would see it before our breakfast :)

Quiet calm beach in between beach clubs and the ocean. No shade, bring umbrella! Visibility not good for snorkeling. Best to relax, read a book, pass time with others. Bring snacks and water, no venders on site. No facilities from what I saw either. More of an “adult” beach.

I look forward to Jessica's class all week. The instructor has a master's degree in art. Her bilingual teaching is clear, concise demonstrations of the fine art of clay. Not just post, mugs and vases. She takes on a tour of a vast variety of clay techniques. Example half covered balloon with clay, dry to leather consistency, pop it, wall- la a designer bowl for the dining room table. The multitude of glazes stains and tints some with ground glass in that melt in the kiln. It made my head spin!

The multi-generational group always has fun chatting, singing and humming to the music. You might find a friend or meet a new friend. Best deal in town. $30 a session and I created three masterpieces. 2 sessions one forming and 2nd glazing with out more visit to pick up your treasures. Great for making gifts or wedding trinkets for the guest tables. Or just surprise yourself with a fun filled day and your own masterpieces. Food for the soul.

Forgot Jessica treats you with mimosas and humans chips. She is the best!!
