Answered lots of questions about Poland and Krakow. Very friendly cant recommend him highly enough a feel gentleman. Had my 78 year old mother in law with us and helped us arange a wheelchair. - nikitakouLondon, UK79 contributionsBooked the Auschwitz tour 2 days ahead, all confirmed. Picked up on time. Then we got there, they couldn't get us tickets to get in. So essentially we just went for a ride to Oswiecim and back to Katowice, a real waste of time. I managed to drop my passport somewhere in the car but got it back the next morning. Very responsive service, I am extremely pleased not to mention his excellent English. Then our travel plans suddenly changed. Notwithstanding this, it was easy to cancel the return. I booked a transfer from Katowice bus station to a hotel Moxy at Katowice in advance as me and my husband are travelling on a bus from Czech Republic Casper, our assigned driver, made contact before we departed the Czech Republic and was waiting for us upon arrival.
Casper is friendly, polite and speaks exceptional English and the car was very comfortable.
