We had a fabulous tour with Old Town Outfitters of Pacaya volcano. It was a great hike to get us warmed up for the overnight Acatenango hike the following day. The scenery is gorgeous and we really enjoyed learning about different plants along the way. The guides are so friendly and knowledgeable and took great care of us. We loved the unique experience of roasting (steaming) marshmallows in a dried lava field and having lunch with a fabulous view. Highly recommend this tour and Old Town Outfitters for any other tours you’re interested in! They’re excellent.

Join this tour for an overview of Mayan culture and some history of Guatemala City. The local market was a special highlight.

We truly enjoy our lake Atitlan tour with Gustavo. He was a great guide! He was informative. The boat ride was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that wants to experience the culture and see beautiful view of the lake and surrounding volcanos

I had a great time at Volcan Pacaya. The guide Mynor Peralta was very knowledgeable and our hike up to the top was nice and fun. He even practiced speaking Spanish with me. There were horses available to rent, but I didn’t feel the need for it and just walked up. The view at the top is amazing. Oh, and he volunteered to take some Instagram worthy pictures, total win.

Driver was phenomenal even in crazy traffic. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable as well. We rode horses up a volcano and hiked a bit. Once we got to the top, it was certainly a bucket list experience. Having pizza from a lava rock is cool

We had originally signed up for the Antigua Self Guided trip, but ended up upgrading to the Colonial Antigua City Highlights as we were in the van with 4 others who were on that tour. Our guide, Fausto, nicely offered us this upgrade to join them on their tour and we were glad we did. You think you can tour on your own, but you experience it more richly when with a knowledgeable guide. We had a 90 min. AC ride from Puerto Quetzal to Antigua while Fausto spoke about the area and history. The walking tour was informative and the history quite impressive for this city. Lunch at the Convent of Santa Catalina under the arch was very good. Thank you, Fausto!

I had a very amazing time with my tour guide Esteban Calvillo. I sighed up for the 8 hour day trip. Esteban took me to the Kaminaljuyu and Iximche’ Mayans ruins. Esteban is a Great tour guide. Very smart and knowledgeable. He knows so much about the Ancient Mayans history. I highly recommend booking a trip with him.

We were the only 2 on the tour cause it was low season. Marvin arrived early at our hotel and waited. He was courteous and attentive and struggled to get us into landmarks that are difficult to access.

Everything from the pick up from our Airbnb to the guide home to the top of Pacaya was 5 stars! Our driver and tour guide was knowledgeable in Guatemalan history. Our guide up Pacaya, though dost speak much English, was funny, knowledgeable of the mountains and was ever so helpful! I’ll recommended this tour group to anyone that asks!

The tour was incredible. The driver was really professional and on time, he allowed us to play our music on the car during the ride and was really polite. The tour guide Maynor was super fun, he shared remarkable stories and facts and became a friend by the end of the trip. We also had marshmallows cooked with the heat of some volcano steam-filled wholes. Everything was as promised. 10/10.
