What travellers are saying
- cakes spaces5 contributionsThe mall is massive and has a wide range of stores, from luxury brands to more affordable options. The food options is impressive, offering a selection of cuisines that cater to all tastes. The mall is also home to some great attractions, like the aquarium and cinema, making it a fun spot for both shopping and entertainment. However, it can get very crowded, especially on weekends, which can make navigating the mall a bit overwhelming. Despite the crowds, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in Bangkok. Overall, a great shopping experience!Written 25 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- S4z3d4Blackburn, UK2,030 contributionsLoved this mall but prices slightly higher than Platinum mall, however the quality is spot on. The ground floor has a small market and on the first and last Wednesday of each month you can watch a Muay Thai fight- see my pic. There are many places to eat, a prayer room and market stalls on floors 3/4.Written 28 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Htet Htlan HtaySingapore, Singapore15 contributionsMassive mall. Despite being an expert navigator and planner, I lost track of time and my sense of direction. However, being a big mall, it has so much to offer and you can spend an entire day there just shopping and eating many AUTHENTIC Thai food as well. Beware of the massive price inflation in this mall for everything as it is a tourist destination.Written 1 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ChocncoffeeSingapore, Singapore191 contributionsA good mall with good variety of shops and eateries. It helps that there's a free shuttle to my hotel too which made it very convenientWritten 1 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Aimless VagabondsGurugram (Gurgaon), India83 contributionsWe're not the kind of people who head to malls when travelling. We just happened to be there because we were boarding our cruise from the jetty behind the mall. While the rest of the mall is just like any other mall, we loved the Souk Siam section. The variety of food/ culture on offer in a single area was really amazing! This section is also a haven for someone into food adventures. Crocodile, ostrich meat, durian, you can try all of that under one roof. Yes its a bit expensive than the street food for obvious reasons.
We also enjoyed the fountain show that happened before we started with our cruise journey.Written 6 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. In the past, there were two restaurants and a shop. Currently, the place is full of shops, restaurants, juice shops and ice cream shops. In fact, shopping is fun in this place.Written 26 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MrtahMuscat, Oman206 contributionsPlatinum Fashion Mall in Bangkok is the go-to spot for fashion lovers, especially those on a budget. Located in the lively Pratunam district, this massive indoor mall is packed with hundreds of stalls offering a wide range of trendy clothing, accessories, shoes, and bags at affordable prices.
The mall is known for its great deals, especially if you buy in bulk, and haggling is common, though prices are generally already low. The quality varies, so you can find everything from high-street fashion to more budget-friendly items.
Shopping here can easily take up your whole day, but don’t worry—there’s a food court on the top floor with a variety of tasty and affordable options, plus plenty of cafes for a quick break.
Located near other popular shopping spots and easily accessible by public transport, Platinum Fashion Mall is a must-visit if you’re looking to score some fashionable finds without spending a fortune. Just be prepared for crowds, especially on weekends!
It is a must visit if you are looking for affordable clothes with good quality.Written 29 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. In our view, this mall has interesting stores and we have always enjoyed coming here. The sports stores, clothing stores, etc, are interesting and less crowded. This place is a gem.Written 2 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Kyle W1 contributionCompared to malls in the US this was a great mall. Compared to other big city Asian Malls it was ok. Definitely worth going to. Has pretty much everything you could imagine and good food options. It gets credit for not having the tourist draws like the other bigger malls in Bangkok making it not so crazy.Written 27 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 253SASingapore, Singapore3,379 contributionsThe Union Mall is conveniently located just next to the Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station, and its a one stop place for all things fashion, similar to what Platinum Mall or MBK can offer. It's six floors offers fashion of mindblowing variety, so much so, you have a really hard time making a final decision. What's more, the mall has several event spaces showcasing the wares of young and upcoming Thai fashion designers, so you know the stuff you are being are leading cutting edge merchandise.Written 28 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AFAK25Jeddah, Saudi Arabia4,460 contributionsIt's just Pratunam Market in an air-conditioned building selling various knick-knacks and snacks for tourists. The items sold are not really high quality which matches the price.
The place is a popular destination for Indian tourists.Written 19 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
