Went all out to show us things on the itinerary and many ad hoc additional ones too, upon their suggestion. Captain was the most fabulous guide, his jeep tour was so interesting and informative. He shared his personal family and life journey as well as showing us the amazing countryside.
We made a number of stops on the way to the waterfall, saw rice paper produce and ate, had fresh coconut juice, watched and participated in mat weaving. Captain supplied fresh mangos and beer for our waterfall adventure... PERFECTION. Then off to Lunch on the river.
We laughed, ate, swam and thoroughly enjoyed our day with Captain. He was the most gracious host and impressed us with his fabulous commentary.
If you are thinking of this experience don't hesitate and book ASAP. You will not regret.

At street level in the open Pedi cab you can see a lot from street level, and the tour leader would provide commentary over a a 2 way radio that you carry around your neck. The Pedicab driver is very skilful, and even though the traffic is heavy they all seem t be able to navigate skilfully through the city. Locations were fantastic, food and drink were tasty. Mud spa was relaxing and rejuvenating. - JordiTC22Copenhagen, Denmark23 contributionsOur cruise ship was anchored near Nha Trang port (09:00 to 17:00) and we had booked a Best of Nha Trang tour with Maika Tours. After tendering ashore, we walked outside the port as we had decided not to buy a port permit for inside-port pickup and easily found our guide and driver.
The tour was very well organized, and the guide spoke very good English. We got to see and experience so many things: Besides visiting a pagoda and Buddha statue, we also went on a boat ride (with a stop to enjoy a coconut drink) and visited local businesses producing rice paper, conical hats and mats. We had fresh fruit and tea for a snack and Pho soup for lunch which was delicious!

Visited some fishing ponds and did a bit of catch and release sitting in the shade with a cold beer. Lunch on the banks of the river Cai was very relaxing. Loads of nice small Vietnamese dishes. Stopped at a local fresh market and saw what was going on there. Ladies dishing out fresh fruits and we bought a fair bit for next to nothing. Had a few cocktails on the 28th floor of the Sheraton hotel. Amazing views of Nha Trang bay and the city as the sun was going down.
