- Trasteverina2003Bangkok, Thailand43 contributionsAfter a business trip, I decided to treat my colleague and myself with 1.5-hour aromatherapy. It was amazing! I was suffering from pains in my shoulder from working on PC plus muscle aches from horse riding. I felt so much lighter after the session. The staff is Thai and very experienced. Highly recommended.Written 25 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Mare EDurban, South Africa75 contributionsMy husband and I visited the MUS float centre after a 10-day hard-going horse trek through northern Mongoia which left us with a lot of sore muscles. It was our first float experience and the owner speaks perfect English and gives a very thorough introduction to the benefits of floating. It was an amazing experience which we then followed up with an hour massage performed by blind professional masseurs. When booking you may ask for the massage follow up option, highly recommended, The combination of float and massage took away all out aches and pains, we were beyond relaxed, our skin felt smooth, and we experienced effects of detoxification too. Its recommended to rest and drink water after the session. Its a real must for the Wellness industry, I just wish there were more cities offering a float centre. I can say this is a must do when in UB, especially as a follow up to a trekking or sport trip. The centre is clean, tidy and very professional. Dont miss it and you can pay with a credit card too.Written 4 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KcjagToronto, Canada57 contributionsJust to preface my review, this is coming from a western perspective so my expectation of a spa may be different from what the Mongolian locals expect.
That being said, this was pretty much the worst spa experience I've ever had lol. I came with my wife and we each got a full body massage together in the same room. It started with the big language barrier. The staff barely spoke any English. The customer service was pretty much non-existent. We were shuttled into a room and indicated to undress but had nowhere to put our clothes and belongings. We just stuffed it into a random space. During the massage, the two masseuses were chitchatting during the whole one hour session. At different points, a third employee would come in and out of the room and start chatting with our two masseuses as well. She even sat on the massage table where my wife was on lol and played with her phone. The door would be left open sometimes and there were random people passing by so our privacy wasn't really respected. The actual massage was mediocre / average but all of the above mentioned things really ruined the ambiance and atmosphere overall. It was not relaxing at all. The prices are cheap but I wouldn't recommend this place for couples or anyone who has been to a real spaWritten 15 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
