I was worried at first and booked just the first trip, but it seems my concerns were for nothing. The driver was waiting with my name after the luggage claim. He drove me safely to my hotel.
For my return transfer, I booked directly with them. They provided me with driver details before the transfer, so I knew who was picking me up.
Do yourself favour, book this transfer and save your time and money (for return transfer)!

The VIP Taxi`s must have a contract with Shangri La I think, as they will always come if reception calls you a taxi. For any tourists or visitors these taxis like HELP Taxi, are worth it as the driver will certainly speak some or very good English. Help start at a minumum of 5,000 mnt but the VIP money meters run quicker. So a flagged taxi will cost you a 1,000 mnt per km, VIP will cost you more.

This trip will undoubtedly remain etched in my memory as one of the most extraordinary adventures I've ever embarked upon. What elevated this journey to a level of unparalleled excellence was the exceptional guidance provided by our tour guide, Byamba. We enlisted his services for a four-day exploration of Mongolia, and one of the standout excursions was undoubtedly the semi-Gobi desert tour.

The journey from Ulan Bator to the enchanting Gobi Desert spanned a four-hour drive, during which Byamba went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He thoughtfully stocked up on refreshing beverages and delicious snacks, sparing us any hunger pangs during the journey. His dedication to our well-being set the tone for the entire expedition.

Upon reaching our desert destination, Byamba assumed the role of a true cultural ambassador, introducing us to the myriad activities available and guiding us through a captivating visit to a traditional Mongolian yurt, immersing ourselves fully in the authentic Mongolian experience. Byanba's commitment to authenticity was evident throughout, allowing us to savor each moment and capture it through countless photographs, all while he exhibited remarkable patience.

Beyond the mesmerizing Gobi Desert encounter, Byanba proposed a brilliant side tour to the Hustai National Park, which turned out to be one of the trip's absolute highlights. This sanctuary proved to be a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, offering the rare opportunity to witness a captivating array of creatures in their natural habitat. The sight of majestic wild horses roaming freely left an indelible impression on me.

In summation, our tour exceeded all expectations, and our connection with Byamba further enriched our experience. His passion and profound knowledge were abundantly evident, and communication was a seamless facet of our journey. I wholeheartedly endorse booking this tour to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure guided by a true expert. Byamba's dedication to ensuring every aspect of our journey was exceptional is a testament to his exceptional skills as a tour guide. Don't miss out on this extraordinary opportunity!

We booked a 3 day tour with Nomads Home stay and National Parks. Everything was fantastic, as it was mentioned. We had sone thoughts about the weather as it was March, but if you are well prepared its worth. Mongolia is an all year destination. Our tour guide Aagie and our driver were amazing, always smiling, always at out side with everything we needed. Guru Travel were responding in our messages and requests immediately even before our trio. For sure we will come back again and we will book again with Guru Travel and Aagie for our next adventure in Mongolia.

iTour Mongolia is outstanding! Their quick responses, flexible itinerary arrangements, and smooth communication made the entire trip stress-free and enjoyable.

My guide, who also served as the driver, was professional, passionate, and spoke incredibly fluent English. Communication was effortless, and I truly appreciated the guide's ability to explain everything in detail, from cultural insights to answering all my questions with clarity.

The transfers were punctual, with the guide-driver always arriving early. The vehicle, a Toyota 4WD, was extremely comfortable and ideal for navigating Mongolia’s vast and rugged landscapes.

During the trip, I visited several local nomadic families, played traditional sheep bone games with them, and got a glimpse into their fascinating culture. iTour Mongolia even provided me with an extremely warm sleeping bag to survive the harsh -30°C winter nights comfortably.

The service exceeded all my expectations. I strongly recommend iTour Mongolia to anyone looking for an unforgettable travel experience in Mongolia

I had a great time exploring Central Mongolia and the Gobi Desert! Jigden was very helpful with all of the planning, and Tsengel and Davka ensured that we got to see some really stunning landscapes and learn a lot both about the history of Mongolia and about the modern lifestyles of nomadic families. I signed up as a solo traveler and made friends easily with the others in our small (4-person) group. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
