- Christina HPasig, Philippines67 contributionsDon’t leave Puerto Princesa without experiencing the Underground River Tour. There are no words to describe the awesome experience, truly a wonder of nature. You will be provided with an audio guide as noise is prohibited inside the cave. Boat ride takes about 40 minutes. Hard hat will be provided as protection for possible bat poops & drops of water from the ceiling. Keep your belongings close to your body during the tour & even on the way to the cave as there are monkeys all around.Written 19 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- P.M.Sydney254 contributionsWe came to PP just to see this beach and it was AWESOME! We droned the whole thing and had a blast. I would love to return. Some of the hawkers are a bit persistent about selling stuff, but most of them walked off when I said "no thank you".Written 6 June 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Joel B6 contributionsRelaxing tour, the snorkeling was tame, quite a few little fish nothing special. The beaches visited were very nice, beaches were clean.Written 21 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mari RPuerto Princesa, Philippines6 contributionsAfter being in lockdown for the past few weeks, this beach was the perfect local getaway. Beautiful sands and clear waters, and the water temperature is always just right. Definitely worth the trek from the city. It was even fun to watch all the boats going back and forth to underground river.Written 22 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Elena CiocanTimisoara, Romania1,725 contributionsI am no adventurer and I was really scared, but going on top of the rock and then "flying" down is an experience I will treasure for ever. Such fun!Written 28 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Sandy GBelgrave, Australia29 contributionsWell organized tour. Give the buffet food a miss if you can. The firefly tour was really good. So gentle and peaceful drifting through the mangroves seeing the fireflies light up the trees. Pretty special if you are into nature.Written 12 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- bexLondon, UK1 contributionHad the best week aboard the Stella Maris explorer. The crew were amazing. So friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. The dive guides king & sam were great. They managed our group well and were amazing at pointing out and finding animals. (Key highlights were the whale shark and school of hammerheads!).
Food was great and the beds really comfy. Only small point was they ran out of beer!!!Written 27 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - David BPasay, Philippines153 contributionsthis is one leg of the honda bay tour. swimming area with a lifeguard, numerous huts to choose from, open air massage, a buffet, adequate toilet and shower area--a good two hour island escapeWritten 12 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Katy SantosPhilippines516 contributionsThe last stop of the tour is the Puerto Princesa Baywalk wherein you have an option to stay or to ask the driver to drive you back to your accommodation. I chose to stay so I could walk around the area. It’s just a plain baywalk perfect for an afternoon walk or early morning jog with seafood restaurants around and food peddlers selling corn cob, ice creams, etc. The air breeze of the late afternoon, the cool view of mountains, and clear turquoise sea waves are perfect to end the tour with a smile. After a relaxing walk along the bay, there are a lot of dampa style restaurants that you can choose to have dinner. Dampa is where you’ll choose to buy your fresh seafood then the restaurant will cook a specific dish of your choice based on their menu. Since I was alone, I decided to get a clam soup and a cup of rice only in Kamayan Fiesta. The clam soup tastes so fresh and its warm soup will definitely soothe your taste buds.Written 16 November 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- achidzRiyadh, Saudi Arabia249 contributionsDecided to come here after visiting the Crocodile Farm. So glad we did! Set in beautiful countryside, really quiet and peaceful. Bought some souvenirs and played with a prison guard’s puppy some prisoners were looking after. We met some medium level prisoners who were only too happy to talk and tell us about living there. Our trike wouldn’t start and a couple of them helped our driver to get it started. Would’ve liked to have known more about it - not 5 star as there is very little information other than what the prisoners tell you.Written 20 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Katy SantosPhilippines516 contributionsAlmost every town in the Philippines has a major church or cathedral since the majority of Filipino people are Roman Catholic and in Puerto Princesa’s case, they have the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral.
It’s actually perfect to drop by to a church to give thanks to the Higher Power because the tour is before my birthday. The church looks serene and simple, perfect for those churchgoers every Sunday to have a calm and peaceful mass.Written 16 November 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - RockPaperTravelEdmonton, Canada624 contributionsGood way to spend a few hours. - Krista.Cuffs16 contributionsWe visited the museum early one morning. My husband loved it. He said it was very informative and he learned a lot about Palawan's involvement in the war. He would definitely visit again.
I had the 5 year old and we spent most of the time going from room to room so I could identify the different flags, uniforms and items for her. I didn't learn as much but was grateful there was plenty to keep her occupied (including the mayna birds outside), and staff who helped keep her entertained while telling me some history. Overall I think it was well done.Written 17 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
