Great place to start sightseeing of area.
Didn’t do any research previously, but was fascinated by the size and the characters depicted. They look like bad ass Warriors and I was the only one there . Only about 5 minutes to look at and then make your way to Yap house!Written 23 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. the clouds at dusk make up for the photo capture of this passive pit stop. had it not been for the colorful backdrop, we would not take pictures at all.
energy, people! bohol's story should be well appreciated by guests who spent their time and money visiting this place.Written 19 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is a climb but we went slowly and took lots of breaks. I would recommend descending the same way you go up, avoid the direct stairs, they are too steep. Bring water and of course, your cameraWritten 13 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- doctorfoxtrotTaguig City, Philippines8,186 contributionsThe monument tends to celebrate the significance of the arrival of religious people, particularly the nuns in this part of the country. A gate protects the structure. But it looks well maintained. Just for the sake of photo ops.Written 30 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- leahMandaluyong, Philippines763 contributionsThe huge property has giant statues depicting major events in the Bible, mysteries of the Holy Rosary, etc. There is even a small church where special masses are held.
We were informed that during Holy Week this place is packed with people doing Stations of the Cross and Visita Iglesia.
For me though it was a perfect place to meditate and contemplate my life as a Christian, at the same do a mean workout! Going up and downhill is a good cardio routine.
An imposing statue of the Holy Family commanded my attention once I got past the pretty landscaping and the picturesque church. This made me realize just how small I really am in the universal scheme of things...
Minimal donation requested for the maintenance of the place.Written 7 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KweqSmanitSeattle, WA5,502 contributionsThis statue is in the park area near the cathedral and you can view it before or after you see the cathedral as they are very near to each other.
As a piece it isn't too knock your socks off or awe inspiring and it probably won't be a highlight of your trip or anything but still it worth a look and most likely will only take you less than ten minutes for an observation.Written 11 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Located in the town center of New Washington it is a must see for visitors to the area. The small park has also gone through some renovation and repair after the same storm. It lost many old trees that provided a lot of shade.Written 28 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
