Located in Chinatown, Singapore. Free access to public to view it. Has a dress code and no exposing shoulders and wearing clothes below knee length just like most other religious places.

    It’s a very interesting museum.
We had a guide tour and our guide was excellent. She explained the most important parts of the history.
We could understand very well the entire history of Singapore.
    I truly recommend this visit.

The villa was a nice break from all the city activities. Michelle, the guide for Hell Museum was excellent. Great to find out that Haw and Par are the originator of Tiger Balms.

The best part was the virtual experience. The future show was good, too, although quite pricey. The rest of the museum, however, was not open the Saturday we went - no other exhibitions.

An unexpected but essential start to any few days in Singapore

It is extremely impressive to see how long term planning and efficient use of the very limited land that the country has is organised

The UK could learn a lot from how Singapore operates

Alvin was soo friendly and the tour was really interesting. Such a beautiful collection with soo much to see. Alvin was very knowledgeable and passionate about his paranekan heritage. He was happy and enthusiastic when answering questions and you could really see his love and passion for his collection of all things paranekan. I would definitely recommend a visit. One of the most personal and informative things to do in Singapore. Loved it.

Quite an interesting modern presentation on the Peranakan culture. We did our own walk thru. It was manageable in size and depth of information. Didn’t feel overwhelmed.

Really interesting heritage museum. Very small, quick and easy to get around but worth it to understand the heritage of Singapore.

It was a very creative museum. The location was very nice with the view straight to the bay. Inside, it was small museum showing new technology of the world, new creations of the world such as the sport suits, phones, smart stuff for the house, headphones, etc... It was very nice to walk around and to be able to touch things in the museum

Although one floor is closed for a new display I still found this a worthwhile stop. To see so many toys in one place is just amazing.
A bar on the top floor is great for a cold drink.

The building is situated in a noisy and bustling part of the Little India district in Singapore, but going in, the feel is very different as it is quiet, cool and relaxed.

Even for a local like myself, the exhibitions on the 3rd and 4th levels of the building about the Indian community in Singapore both past and present are refreshing as they relate the contributions made by this minority community as well as the rich experiences they came with when many of these ones migrated over to Singapore in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a slow and relaxed way of learning more about the Indian diaspora in this part of the world.

Stumbled upon this place randomly while having lunch in the area. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and you learn a ton about rocks, gems, and geology. You can buy some items if you want but the guided tour is free of charge. It’s easy to tell that the people who work there are very passionate. Would recommend!
