An unforgettable adventure! We encountered a remarkable variety of wildlife, with the highlight being the incredible orangutans. The food and snacks were delicious, adding to the overall experience. Our guide was highly knowledgeable and expertly answered all our questions, enhancing our understanding of the surroundings. The campsite was comfortable and offered breathtaking views, making for a truly memorable stay.

It was good trip to trek to Bukit Lawang national park. Luckily, I could meet 10 orangutans during trekking. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the trekking until the very end. Sorry I forgot the guide's name, but he was a very good guide.

It was really nice trip and highly recommended. It's not difficult to climb the mountain, but it's a good to bring proper hiking boots, a raincoat, warm clothes, and other hiking gear.
Also, It was windy and the weather was changeable, but it was a beautiful sunrise.
The espresso that my tour guide Konong made for me on the mountain was great.
The sulfur springs after descending the mountain helped to soothe my fatigue, Sipiso Piso Waterfall was impressive, and Lake Toba was calm; everything was just perfect.
I am really grateful to my guide Konong and driver Risky for having such a fun time.

We have just had 12 days in Sumarta and I can wholeheartedly recommend Tri Jaya Tours , Super helpful, very good at communication, and their people were fantastic. We did a 7 day tour the driver Erwan was brilliant, the guides they used in Bukit Lawang and Mt Sibayak where also fantastic. We used Tri Jaya to arrange a few days in Banda Aceh as well and their local chap Mr Bob was again very helpful.

It was a group of 25 friends. We landed in Medan on a tuesday morning. We visited the oldest church , then checked into our hotel. In d evening we went to the oldest hindhu temple in Medan.

The next day, we left the city to go to Lake Toba. The view of the lake as we scaled the hills was so breathtaking. Then we started to descend to come alongside the lake.
It is the largest, natural fresh water lake in Sumatra. After lunch we took a boat to an island in the middle of the lake. There we were given an insight into the tribal lifestyle of its inhabitants.
Another 45 minute back over the lake and a bus ride up to our hotel was indeed remarkable and unforgettable.

Thought it was excellent, the whole supporting team was great and the tour ticked all the boxes for me. Everything organised well and Hendra was very flexible in tailoring the trip to my preferences.

Didn't see as much wildlife as I'd hoped, however that was more likely due to going in the wet season where rain can make animals less active. In hindsight, I would maybe suggest going hiking earlier in the morning, because the pattern seemed to be rain in the early afternoon.

    Overall a great trip

Medan - Bukit Lawang Fullday Tour. I was picked up on time at my Medan Hotel at 7.30am by the owner Jonggi Turnip (owner of Enos Travel). A driver was provided for the 3.5 hour trip to Bukit Lawang. The car was a fully airconditioned Toyota, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival at Bukit Lawang the local guide was waiting with the permits and all ready to go. Jonggi accompanied us on the 4 hour jungle trek as it required at least Minimum of 3 which included the Local Guide. Anaur ( could be mispelt) was the local guide. His English was very good and was knowledgeable. I saw many monkeys Gibbons, long tail monkeys and other wild life. one of the best experiences was seeing a Mother (Ratna) and baby Orangutan very close up as the local guide knows the names of the Orangutans. Halfway through simple lunch was provided with Rice, Fried egg, Cucumber, tomatoes. Bananas and Sweetest pineapple ever. On the way back it started to rain and the local guide guided and assisted me through the way back as the ground was slippery from the rain. Saw a few Orangutans on the way back. After clean up the driver was waiting and we made our way back to Medan. The Private tour to Bukit Lawang is highly recommended as it is an experience of a lifetime, Jonggi made sure that everything ran smoothly.

We did a 3 days, 2 nights jungle trek in the amazing Gunung Leuser national park. We had great guides, Ahmed, Yoga and Azri, who guided us on our adventure, discovering all the natural beauty and spotting all sorts of monkeys, while also providing us with great food along the way.

Friendly and accommodating driver, helps to know what you would like to see but also able to provide good recommendations and a rudimentary introduction to the sites in Medan.

We were guided by Mr Eko and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew his way around the places we went to and was particularly well versed with the history and traditions of the places which we were very interested in. Great day!

Lian handled all bookings, airport pickup, and gave us the perfect insider tour of Medan - Palace, Tjong A Fie Mansion, and Chinese Temple. He even roasts, grinds, and serves great Sumatran coffee at his shop. We would definitely book again, for Lake Toba next time!
