My wife and I just traveled to Dubai as part of a bucket list tenth wedding anniversary vacation. Of course, we wanted every aspect of this trip to be special. When it came to taking a city tour, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Rafiq and his team at Tours by Rafiq. When he told us at the beginning of the day, that we would be treated like family, he meant it! Every aspect of our tour was handled with care and we felt completely taken care of from the moment we stepped into his car until our drop off at night. Although the tour included what I’m sure are the standard stops, we never felt like there was anything we HAD to do. Rafiq was flexible and made it clear that if we wanted to switch things up, we could. He also took lots of great pictures on his phone and shared them with us, so we could be more present to what we were doing.

One experience in particular is telling. At one point, we stopped at a store to make some purchases. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until after we left and were sitting down at lunch that my wife and I realized that we had drastically overpaid for our items. (It was our fault. We hadn’t done the currency conversion math properly.) As soon as we figured it out, we told Rafiq about it and he kindly brought us back to the vendor and waited with us until we settled everything and even made sure we had some refreshments while we were working it all out. He said: “I’ll stay here until you’re happy!” Having that kind of support while you’re traveling internationally gives you peace of mind.

If you’re looking for a great tour experience while you’re in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, we highly recommend Tours by Rafiq! You’ll have a great time!

Sadiq was amazing very kind, patient and, respectful. He went of his was to take me to the dunes per my request. He made me try Karak Arab tea with sandwiche made crêpe filled with children and potatoe chips, very delicious. We had lunch at the Rotana because I had reservations there. I'll definitely recommend Sadiq and I will definitely use he's services again.

Absolutely worth doing if you've got a little more time in Dubai (UAE). An escape from the city & how it came to be!

If you love history & want to experience the historical side of the UAE & what life was like pre oil, then this is a must do! You get to see & experience the old fort & royal palace + enjoy a great all you can eat buffet. There's also the mountain range at the end with a spectacular view. The camel site is not for the faint hearted though... It's a great cultural experience, but also a sad one (even as a meat eater).

Our tour guide was Rilwan Mohama'd. He was very kind & informative. He told us lots about each site we visited. He also did a pit stop on the drive back to Dubai for a quick drink & loo break.

My only slight niggle, is the lunch is a bit later in the tour, so definitely bring a water bottle & little snack (crisps or something to nibble in the car). We left our bags in the car at each side we visited.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED! The amount of activities that you get to do with this safari trip was so worth it! Our tour guide Ahmed was the best! Made us feel comfortable and excited from pick up to drop off. If you have the opportunity, do it!

Also fyi, if you purchase a head wrap from them, it is only cash!

The trip was great. One of the only option is going solo. It is a driver that drops you at each stop to explore on your own which is exactly what I wanted. The lunch buffet was fantastic with many different varieties of food. Overall a great day!

We visited the city of Al Ain to visit the palace for a tour and walked through part of the oasis and that was interesting on how a whole city developed around it. I could not believe a whole spring did all of this. The sea of palm trees alone created a forest of trees that was rather thick and you really had to walk down the guided path.

Sadik was our guide and driver. The tour was relaxing and not rushed.

This tour is not overly active. Expect a lazy day to refresh from running around on other tours. But the sights are nice.

The entire trip was faultless. Communication prior to pick up was excellent and we arrived on time at the venue. The tuition on the quads and safety details were excellent. The hosts really took care of me and showed me some wonderful sights stopping to take videos and pictures. A wonderful treat.

The Big bus tour is a great way to see Dubai!
The audio guide is a must. If you’re going to be there for more than a few days, get the multi day ticket.

We booked the trip via Viator and were very lucky to have ABC tours for our trip to Al Ain We had a Private tour with guide We had a confortable 4x4 It was quite a long drive but our guide explains very well as well as the history as the actual facts We stopped at different places of interest including the warm water springs and the Jaleed mountain where we drive to the top
We also visit an old fort and the surrounding dadle plantation
Then visiting the Al Ain Palace Museum
It was a marvellous day and we thank our guide
