Or a good rainy day activity for an hour. Would be good if there were an explanatory booklet.

Didnt know that it was a public holiday in Msia as well, so huge crowds. We stumbled upon this after lunch and there is a wide selection of books for all ages plus it is also a tourist spot as you can go down into the basement and see the different vault rooms and the old safety deposit boxes etc. Very cool concept indeed! A must visit while in Ipoh! There is also a room (Yasmin at Kong Heng) dedicated to Yasmin Ahmad, a Malaysian photographer - do stop by here too! In a way it brings us back in memory to our childhood days. On the top most floor are mirrors where our images gets distorted (funny).
