- G Zai P1 contributionIt's more than a water park! Start with the petting Zoo, lots of animals in there (Tips: buy the Jumbo size animal feed) it's really fun feeding the animals. There is mini Birds Park, Adventurous Swamp with Aligators and crocodiles!
Move along and You get to feed Giraffe, Hippos and Zebra. Tiger too!
There are some fun coaster ride and a haunted house (for those who dare).
Then you get yourself wet in the "river cruise in a float, go pass the dragon lair!". There are plenty of water slides and a wave pool too, party with DJ starts at 6.00!"
"And also hot spring inside is a little bit foggy and make sure that you (the management of the park) clean the the hot spring, because when my daughter was swimming inside the hot spring it was so foggy that she couldn't see where she was swimming and scratched herself and now there is a huge scar on her knee and now she is having a little difficulty on walking😅" - belongs to my daughter's review.
(Hmm.. to be fair, it was raining and it's an open park with trees around, so don't expect the water to be crystal clear.)
Well, no matter what my daughter said, she enjoyed a lot at the hot spring area. Yes, I said area because there are a few pools for the hot spring.
And don't missed out the Luminous Forest, opens at 8.00 p.m.
The night park closes pretty late ard 10.00 (if not later)

The tour is very informative on Chinese Malaysian Hakka descendants and the history of tin mining. Mr. Leong the guide makes everything very interesting. Don't miss this when in Ipoh old town.Written 2 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Neris29Singapore, Singapore244 contributionsOwners have re-created a local village at this very picturesque location set within limestone hills and ponds. Kids enjoyed cycling around on family bicycles which available free of charge. Rickshaws are similarly available if you fancy more exercise. There are lots of fish and turtles in the ponds and fish feed can be purchased for RM 1 per packet. Overall, it was a pleasant way to spend an hour or so. Certainly it was more enjoyable than I had expected.Written 23 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LeonhknyHong Kong, China21,851 contributionsWhile Penang has long been well-known for street art, Ipoh also has its fair share of murals. Interesting paintings depicting daily life of Ipoh residents are available in the old town. Searching for artworks while exploring the former mining city is an enjoyable experience.Written 21 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Toru OSetagaya, Japan3,228 contributionsThe center of the park can be accessed with a boat ride that only takes 5 minutes. Features an artificial waterfall by the entrance with a 3 ringgit admission. They offer a tour around the park with a cart for 10 ringgits but is better to walk around on foot if you’re fit enough.Written 3 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Seng100Boston, MA209 contributionsRevisited the hot springs 30 years later but now as a new and beautifully landscaped full-service retreat. Arrival was met by genuinely warm staff who whisked us to our suite with both a private dipping pool and hot spring tub. Room was nicely decorated and adorned, although somewhat eclectically, but with all the amenities that a modern traveller would expect from a high-end resort, viz. multiple charging stations and super-fast wifi that permitted unfettered zooming. Our suite had access to a dining table and large and comfortable sitting area that allowed us to entertain visitors. Bed and bathroom areas were well laid out, spacious, and comfortable; everything worked well and products were of high quality. Access to a private hot spring pool was a nice feature that we partook and enjoyed frequently. There were 2 TVs but the selection and quality of the programs were poor. The property had a number of interesting caves that provided some distraction and entertainment and arguably instagram-able pictures. Partook a "long" session at the spa facility, which lay-out was also very nicely designed - however, service provided was below expectations; I sensed the masseur's discomfort with what she was doing. Ate at the Pomelo restaurant for breakfast and 1 dinner that provided a wide selection of local dishes. The offerings were tasteful but could be of a much higher quality - that reflects the reputation of the renowned Ipoh restaurants. Overall, a very good experience and would revisit if looking for a quiet getaway. I should note that all the staff with whom we interacted with were wonderful - although some could benefit with additional training (restaurant and spa).Written 26 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KoloblicinSingapore, Singapore601 contributionsWent during happy hour and did a 90mins deep tissue massage. It is MYR158 but was discounted to MYR138 during happy hour. The massage was okay, but the room was super cold and I had to tell the staff to turn off the aircon. But overall it was a good experience.Written 13 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DdeviSingapore, Singapore60 contributionsThe best place to visit to try traditional and authentic teas and desserts. We had alot of tea in ipoh, this place left a lasting impression, the white flower tea, perfect purple ang ku kueh and the cheese cake tea set for 2 was a delight and the best part was that it was vegetarian (desserts without any eggs). Its a must try and if I could I would definitely visit again.Written 30 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GC2 contributionsWe were initially collected from Ipoh train station and taken to our hotel. Jaies Chauffeur service was excellent, and the driver was very polite and helpful. The following day, Jaie collected us from our hotel and took us on a guided tour of Ipoh and Batugjah. He collected us on time, and our tour was superb. Jaie has a wealth of knowledge of the area, and every question we asked was answered with factual information. We also visited a couple of areas in Batugajah that were dear to our heart, and Jaie was happy to adjust our itinerary to take these areas into account, which completed our day. Thank you, Jaie. We will definitely book with Jaies Tours when we next visit Malaysia.Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
