- Alex HPort St. Mary, UK1,172 contributionsFun little activity to do if you have time, although it is of course a little strange. It was good though to learn about the history of the name of ‘Kuching’, and it was also exciting to see information on Manx Cats being mentioned. It was fun reminiscing about famous cats, I.e ones in films etc. Entry is cheap and can spend at least half an hour here.Written 25 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 818Ummy818Singapore, Singapore30 contributionsIf you are looking to have loads of fun, this is the right place to stop by. Suitable for children, the young and young at heart. My daughter(29) and I enjoyed ourselves so much. We had loads of cool pictures to share with family and friends.
The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, they assisted us on how to pose for the best pictures. I had reservations at first but they were super helpful and immediately put us at ease. They attended to us throughout the 2 hrs we were there.
You'd be lucky to have the whole place to yourselves but even if there are other couples or groups, everyone would be having too much fun to feel shy. The best is, there is no time limit for the amount you pay, so go ahead, get clicking and enjoy youselves!Written 28 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We got our hotel to call us a taxi there as it's a fair way from the Riverfront. What we didn't know - is that taxi numbers have dropped from about 1,000 - to less than 50 now. Because we didn't get him to wait for us, we had a big problem getting back to the town. Terribly hot outside, no taxis, ended up walking across the walkway over the road & sitting in a bus stop - hoping that eventually a bus would come. It did - about 20 minutes later.Written 29 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Nick BSouth Wales, UK202 contributionsif you are interested in textiles and ethnographic handicrafts there are some quietly stunning pieces in here. Plenty of info in English and well set out. Just a small exhibition. Count on about 45 minutes to see it. Free entry as are the other museums in town.Written 21 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- kpiddyBrisbane, Australia12,182 contributionsLocated at the Old Courthouse down near the Kuching Waterfront is this interesting and compact air-conditioned museum dedicated to Margaret, Ranee of Sarawak.
Born in France in 1849, she lived her childhood in England before venturing to Sarawak and becoming the wife (Ranee) of the White Rajah of Sarawak. The exhibition is comprehensive and concise with a good selection of information, photographs and artifacts detailing Margaret's life and experiences in Sarawak, the whole exhibition was engaging. The gift store had an interesting number of good quality souvenirs to purchase: books, jewelery, coffee and more.Written 9 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They carefully took my order and gave an estimated time of arrival. The package was expectedly late (its 2020 and coronavirus is everywhere), but when I got the package everything was in order and neatly packed. Not a scratch or anything in sight. Dont be afraid to shop with them!Written 11 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- coldmist11Brunei Darussalam313 contributionsWas here for the holidays with the family and I must say that this area is quite lively. The outer structure of the mall looks like the nest stadium in china. There are many things to see and buy. There is a cinema here which makes it more entertaining. But aside from this, the mall is on an average scale which makes it fairly boring after couple of hours. There are also a limited restaurants (whether in the food court or outside) which makes you want to go elsewhere.Written 22 June 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lingMalaysiaKuching, Malaysia47 contributionsWhen it opened over 10 years ago, it was a very popular shopping mall, I was a regular customer as price was competitive and there were varieties. With many newer shopping malls in different parts of kuching, some of the tenants have relocated.
The ground floor has a food court with a lot of choices, the first floor has many eating shops like KFC, Pizza Huts, pharmacy, Mr DIY and many other outlets are located in different floors
There are still a lot of customers shopping in this mall, unless measures are taken to improve customer experience in the mall, in the long run, it may not be able to attract new customers.Written 12 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
