    Pure dead brilliant
    Great service and good communication from the driver. Would def use again as saves a lot of hassle on trains and moving luggage around. Good value also.

    Great overview tour of the city, perfect for a layover
    Great tour, Shavina was really friendly and had great facts about the city and its attractions. Perfect quick tour for a layover.

    Photos don't give you the sense of its size
    It's an amazing place especially at dusk. Well worth visiting to see a great piece of India culture. Has to be a 10 of 10

    Good expérience with this driver guide
    very friendly driver guide. he is always in a good mood and gives good advice. he also drove us from kuala lumpur to taman negara. the trip was very pleasant and he really listens to us. I recommend 200%. go there with your eyes closed

    Great service, highly recommend!
    We used Starex for 2 airport transfers and also a last minute day trip to Melaka. Communication was great through WhatsApp. Responsive and helpful throughout. We had a baby and had a baby seat provided each time. Always punctual and friendly drivers. Would highly recommend!

    Everything you could wish for in a ride experience
    Mikael took us from KL to Georgetown. Even though the journey was dominated by traffic, the ride was smooth and a pleasure. The vehicle was clean, moderns, spacious and comfortable. We stopped in Ipoh for lunch (at a great restaurant recommended by Mikael), as well as many other stops along the way for restroom breaks. Mikael was kind and obliging throughout and we would highly recommend his services!

    Excellent
    Excellent! I contacted Izam on email months before our trip. I was concerned about finding them outside the airport as I was not sure if I could login to the airport's WiFi. He kindly offered to have someone inside waiting for us & sent me a photo of the vehicle & registration number. We were delayed at Customs for over an hour but they waited.
    The Drivers both ways were good drivers & on time. The vehicles were comfortable with aircon
    I can highly recommend this company for a stress free, efficient & worry free transfer

    Our driver Mr. Indran have a nice n clean car, nice driving, and being humble especially he waited for us patiently while we were queing at the immigration line and it took about an hour

    Travel with ease
    This transport co is gd and recommendable. I like their quick and professional service. The field trips were enjoyable. They are gd drivers.

    Great driving experience
    We were picked at Kuala Lumpur airport by James. He was excellent, we were totally lost within the airport, but he tracked us down and took us to our Hotel in KLCC. He was friendly and polite and an excellent driver. We really appreciated his efforts (and phone calls) to track us down. A big thank you to James.

    Great buffet dinner and buggy driver
    We spent our Christmas here and joined the buffet dinner.
    The food is nice and the waiter and waitress are really helpful and friendly. The carol singing done by the workers are great.
    Abang Zubir, the buggy driver is really helpful. He will stop his buggy and ask whether we need a ride while we are walking from the clubhouse to the lobby.
    My youngest son like him so much.

    Helpful Chauffeur
    The only driver/chauffeur I can count on to send my family to KLIA. Everyone else (e-hailing app drivers , taxi etc) were not available due to the recent flood. Mikhael kept me posted on his location before arriving so were able pack our stuff before the trip. Thank you for your excellent service and God bless you.
