- L👀KKuala Lumpur, Malaysia465 contributionsThis is a spa/massage centre located in GE Mall in Ampang. For years I have been coming to the mall but have never been inside the Energy Day Spa. From the outside, the premises look expensive and exclusive but upon checking their website , IMHO the prices for the massages were reasonable and not exorbitant.
I visited the place and paid for an 8 session massage and have had 2 massage sessions so far. The ladies at the reception were courteous and friendly. The changing room with lockers was clean and functional. After changing into your robe, you are served tea in a pleasant waiting area overlooking parts of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Jelatek (heavy construction at the moment) whilst the room is readied.
My masseuse Ms Hafni was a pleasant Indonesian who spoke good English. At various times, she would enquire if the pressure applied was appropriate. The massage was of a good standard and I enjoyed the afternoon pampering. Once done, tea is served again and you don't feel rushed to leave.
I cannot comment on the facials as i haven't tried them.
Overall, it was a pleasant relaxing place to be at. If you want a bit of pampering, a sprinkle of heaven on earth (in Ampang, no less!), do come!Written 4 May 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. But 80 MYR for one hour (If you don’t sign up for a membership) is quite expensive though.Written 6 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ES20171 contributionI have had bazi reading session which included also some spiritual healing with Dr Lucas virtually as I reside in the US. I found his service affordable but more importantly he is very helpful, responsive, caring and positive. So far, I feel more understanding of my emotions. It encourages me to work on myself spiritually.Written 29 April 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- IcepeingKuala Lumpur, Malaysia43 contributionsThe whole body feel so straighten & aligned after the yoga session by Yoga Kee. Signs of cramp ease off, muscle feel their existence again, babies happy inside, spine stretched and relaxed, and the warm sun shine on us with the calming chanting of you my teacher. It was perfect.Written 29 June 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

I have been to 4 Aim Yoga retreats and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. For yoga practice, you will learn breathing exercises, strengthening your core and the practice of Forrest Yoga - awareness of your mind, your body and your poses as well as relieving your body from pain. Travelling with Nick & Chester is always fun - you will get to experience the wonderful local cultures and cuisine and meet new friends along the way.Written 8 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Arianna JimenezLos Angeles, CA15 contributionsI had been traveling for 5 months, and by the time I hit Malaysia I was in severe pain - my jaw, knees and hips all hurt. It was painful to walk, especially going up and down stairs. Months of carrying my backpack, long plane flights, grinding my teeth - all of it was taking a toll. I decided to try Rolfing because I wanted drastic measures to match the state my body was in. I found Audrey Yeoh on the official Rolfing website.
She took one look at how misaligned my body was and said I wasn't ready to be Rolfed, she recommended craniosacral therapy instead (which she also does). Right away that won me over, as her fee for CST is less expensive than Rolfing, only people who are genuinely interested in your health and wellbeing recommend less expensive services than what you came in seeking.
After one session with Audrey, the pain in my jaw disappeared entirely, and the pain in my knees and hips was significantly lessoned. This treatment really saved my trip. I couldn't have gone on much longer in the condition I was in.
Audrey wasn't previously on Trip Advisor, but I figure one good turn surely deserves another. And while I wasn't in KHL long enough to get Rolfed, I would absolutely trust my body to her for any treatment. I highly recommend Audrey.Written 24 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Walking was painful, especially up and down stairs. I decided to try Rolfing, I wanted something drastic to match how severe my pain was. I found Audrey's contact information on the Rolfing website.
She took one look at how misaligned my body was and said that my body wasn't ready for Rolfing, but I should try CST treatment. She have me a CST session (which incidentally was cheaper than her fee for Rolfing. Only honest people who are genuinely interested in your health and wellbeing recommend services that are less expensive than the services you inquire about. So that immediately won me over).
The CST treatment saved my trip. I left much improved. The pain in my jaw was immediately gone, the pain in knees dissipated, and the pain in my hips was severely reduced. I wasn't in KHL long enough to get Rolfed, but I would absolutely trust my body with her any day.
Audrey wasn't on Trip Advisor, but I wanted to add her because one good turn really deserves another. I highly recommend treatment with Audrey Yeoh.Written 24 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I chance upon this fasting retreat organised by Purity Wellness and without any doubt I signed up. I am so grateful that I did. The retreat was done so perfectly by the teachers under the collaborative effort headed by Teacher Allan. His passion in ensuring health and safety is so well curated that I do not feel deprived at all. He is so clear on all the information and when he did not have the information he also tell us honestly.
The pre and post was also properly managed.
His main concern was a retreat without stress of fasting. This fasting have no connection with any religious movement. If you said healthy eating is a religion then it is just that.
Day 1 till Day 3 , we were given support in terms of how one can go into fasting.
Day 4- we can have one meal prepared for us which we took at 1700hrs. This was supported with a session of eating and fasting protocols. What is encouraged for us to do but not restricted to do.
This is when we started the real journey.
Day 5 we can have BPC or any drinks that we want without sugar. Cheats food like variety of nuts packed with nutrients are prepared for us.
Morning sessions is conducted by Teacher Liew on nose cleansing. Thereafter kepalabati breathing technique.
Rest for a while.
Next we continue to have yoga & qigong sessions.
Then we have moxibustion session for about one hour.
Follow by colon cleansing.
Evening another session with nutrition values and what our body needs.
Plenty of time to rest but due to my body having less work due to the fasting, I am so alert and energetic. The feeling is awesome.
Day 6 repeat the same routine
Day 7 we had our first meal. Even that I was just eating because the brain said I need it. Then we checked out and back to Purity Wellness studio for restorative yoga.
Day 8 we can eat as usual but encourage us to watch our food. Noticed that I don’t need so much to be at my top form so I revert to one meal . Back to studio for a final round of restorative yoga and completed my fasting journey.
My 3 biggest take away:-
1. The mindset adjustment -I think I need to eat but not really true. It is my mindset issues.
2. Spiritual peace - having enough is enough
3. Physical body - I am thankful that I did well.
Going with complete strangers have never been my fear. Glad that I found the right place with the right energy. My gratitude to everyone with special vote of thanks to Teacher Allan, Teacher Tracy and Teacher LiewWritten 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
