We had an amazing time with Edward. It was a long day but worth doing all of these fun experiences with my daughter. Each one was better than the next. We felt very safe with Edward driving and taking us to all of
the destinations. We also learned so much during the drive but had down time to nap as well. Well
    worth the time and money!

A great day! We the waterfalls were beautiful and the Batu Cave was incredible. We got to see how batik is made which was a real treat and Maran was a great guide. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs!

Organised and accommodating tour experience. Chen took us around to KL and even found us cendol after we mentioned wanting to try it. Chen has an excellent knowledge of the history of the places he took us to. He always ensured we were comfortable and safe. He also took lots of gorgeous photos of us during our tour. This is a worthwhile experience and I’m so glad to have gone!

Great drive to Malacca ! Ramesh kept us informed with lots of history and great music. Everything he suggested for us to do was really fun and right up our alley we enjoy off the beaten path . Ramesh was so good we hired him for an additional day and drove to the Batu caves NOT TO BE MISSED and the highlands were lovely too.
The city of malacca is lovely plan to spend at least 4 hours just getting lost in the streets . We were lucky all decorations for the year of the rabbit were up , very pretty !
Don’t miss China town in Mallaca

The tour started early in the day with a pick up that was perfectly on time (the driver was at our hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pickup time).
This tour was booked the day previous in the midst of Chinese new year, so the tour company and driver did a great job considering the high season conditions.
The ride to the highlands is long so we took a nap in the way.
Our driver asked in which order we wanted to do the activities (suggesting a couple of routing options based on the locations of the stops).
Due to the high season influx, the road traffic to one activity was slow and the driver mentioned that it may take 3 hours on the road to get to the activity (instead of the usual 10 minutes). The driver offered alternative options for the activity order and we decided together to change 1 activity for another in the city (the tour company approved an activity change but we had to pay part of the activity out of pocket as it the entry fees were higher than the original activities plan).
The driver was professional all the tour and we enjoyed it a lot. The change of activity saved us from being stuck in traffic for hours and potentially missing other activities due to time constraints.
Our tour included lunch and the driver asked our food preference and took us to a nice lunch place in our route.
    Overal great experience

What an amazing way to see Kuala Lumpur! Lisa our guide and Daz & Zaq our drivers were so knowledgeable and fun to be with. We saw parts of the city we’d never have found on our own and tasted dishes we wouldn’t have been brave enough to try without them. They even took photos for us every step of the way. Would highly recommend but do it early on your trip so you can then revisit the parts you liked most at your leisure!

We had a nice time, I will list negatives in a moment. I selected Private tour. Our guide was locally knowledgeable and interesting. Stopped at a (closed) temple. Pretty but more a stretch break. Then a stop to a lighthouse view and had fun feeding the monkeys on way to shanty town along the river. Paid extra for Eagle feeding as we arrived 90 minutes prior to Fire Fly event and we did NOT include dinner which would have also killed time. We did NOT do bio luminescent trip.

If you have never seen fireflies or eagles, youll find this trip interesting. We have fireflies and eagles in NJ, USA so nice to compare these. Fireflies more like LED Christmas lights where some clusters of fireflies would blink together. Pretty cool to see. There are way more smaller white birds as part of the feeding but eagles were present as well. They basically chum the water and birds go crazy for it. (the trip would sound way less cool though if they said small white bird feeding). The eagles were cool to see but not as large as USA Bald Eagle. But a fun day with nature. Oh, there toddler crabs along the river at the boat dock were fun to watch. Tide was out so lots to see.

Other than our car ride, there was nothing private about the tour. Group boat to Eagle feeding, group boat to fireflies and group boat to bio adventue . so not sure how they get to say Private. If it were raining, this trip would be miserable. Stand in rain outside a temple, wet monkeys climbing on you, no view from lighthouse, wet boat ride.

Bring some snacks and you can chill on the dock and watch the river traffic if you don't sign up for dinner....also I'm sure you can just go buy dinner. Lots of places to eat along the river.

    TIP BEFORE YOU BOOK:
It is cheaper to buy your own sky cable ticket when you are there instead of including it in your tour expenses. It was only 10 RM for a one way ticket, and 18 RM for a two way ticket.
This also applies to theme park tickets (both indoors and outdoors). I think it was around 170 RM only for the outdoors one. We LOVED it.
So get the cheapest tour ticket that will get you to Genting Highlands then purchase your own tickets there.

We unfortunately did not have a guide so we ended up doing our own research with the temples, but it was okay nonetheless! Also, the driver was really nice and polite so it did not feel like a completely bad thing.

It’s not a very far drive from Kuala Lumpur and it was very relaxing.

The driver kept me informed of his arrival and was a very friendly chatty guy - everything from politics to family to hindu religion!
The trip was expensive as it ended up being a private tour as there were no group tours to join. If you just want to see Batu Caves this is an expensive way to do it. However I had a great time at Royal Selangor pewter (my family used to make pewter several generations ago so there was an interest) and at the batik place. The caves are great and an introduction to Hindu gods from Rajah the driver before I ascended the steps was good!

WHAT A DESSERT! ABC (Air Batu Campur), ice kacang is a popular local dessert consisting of shaved ice topped with syrup or colored syrup, toasted peanuts and evaporated milk. It's a popular dessert commonly sold by street vendors in Kuala Kumpur and all over MALAYSIA! Different choices give different tastes. There are regular ABCs, corn, special and maybe there are wafer sticks as extra. Some stalls have even introduced novelty toppings such as DURIAN and chocolate syrup.

Interesting tour taking you to the Hindu Batu caves, the National Mosque, and the Buddhist/Taoist Thean Hou temple. The highlight, of course, was the Batu cave.

This is a one day trip. Can go up to genting highlands using the cable cars and can enjoy the theme parks and casino there. Can also do some shopping. There are many restaurants to enjoy variety of foods. On way back can visit Batu caves. It’s a bit difficult to climb the 250 plus steps up to the temple. The cave is not very clean and impressive

This tour is great for anyone who enjoys walking while learning about the local history of Kuala Lumpur. TK the guide, knows his city well and he is an excellent storyteller. He showed me the peculiar and interesting things about KL that is sometimes overlooked. On top of that, he has a great personality and is fun to hang around with. I really recomend booking this tour whether it is for a short or long stay in KL.

Such a great time at all. Tour guide was knowledgeable and humorous person. The traffic quite difficult for walking, anyway the was not really impressed to us, I would choose the day on weekends instead of the normal day. Definitely come back on next time!
