    10/10 experience!

It was a last minute booking but it made the trip! Our tour guide was Sanjev and he was the best guide anyone could ever ask for

The team had the best communication over WhatsApp, very transparent and clear. They were also flexible with our schedule. The car we were picked up in was amazing, beautifully decked out and very comfortable Alphard with complimentary water, reclining seats etc.

Our first stop at the Hindu temple was serene, Sanjev ensured we knew what we were doing to respect the local customs. Gave us a short tour of the significance of the building and architectural history, before allowing us to roam around for about an hour

We were then taken to the silver leaf monkeys and that was the highlight! The monkeys were extremely friendly and everyone knew Sanjev very well including the monkeys! Sanjev helped us feed the monkeys, taught us to overcome our fear, and helped us take many photos. We were there for about an hour and it was great fun. Highly recommended for all travelers, there were families, couples, and solo travellers

Afterwards, we headed over to the Firefly tour. Before we went on, we had a lovely Thai dinner/snack right next to where the tour takes place. Great food, but even better views of the river during sunset (meal not included in the package)

We then went to firefly tour which was amazing. Sanjev ensured we had the best seats and even caught some fireflies and gave them to us to hold! Afterwards we went (not included in the package, had to pay extra for this) “Blue Tear” spotting. Aka glowing water, the bioluminescent algae on the water! Although the weather wasn’t perfect for it, we still had a great time with the boat ride, winds, and trying to see as much of the algae as we could

Finishing it off with a nice ride back to the hotel, Sanjev put on some Netflix in the car to ensure we were comfortable after a fun and tiring day

10/10 would recommend to everyone, locals, tourists. It was amazing!

Our tour guide was fantastic. For us the highlight was a stopover to feed the monkeys. So much fun. Dinner at the restaurant was great and of course the boat trip to see the fireflies was fun.

The silver monkeys were amazing, so soft, gentle and cute. Take food to feed them or buy there. Would love to see them again.

Dinner was nice, very fresh. The fish is still live and cooked on site.

Fireflies, I got bitten by mosquitoes so not so enjoyable, but saw lots of fireflies.

We wanted to be close to our children and grandchildren during our holidays. Unfortunately, we had to choose our dates later due to circumstances. I tried several sites and then found this campground. They were very kind and worked with us to make sure that we could fit in for our schedule. Anesa and Pat are very kind and work very hard to keep the campground clean, quiet, and respectful. We stayed there for four weeks. Enjoyed every minute. Recommended to anyone.

When you visit Putrajaya do not forget to avail the boat tour. This gives a chance to have a look at the beautiful bridges and the building surrounding the lake. The lake is manmade and there is tour guide on the cruise who explains in bilingual the details of the structures.

This tour is a great option for a night.

Sri Shakti temple was a cool temple to visit, different from Sri Mariamman and Batu Caves that you'll see in other tours. Uniquely, it is not brightly painted like other Hindu temples. Very interesting to see.

Feeding/petting monkeys was a lot of fun; they are adorable and friendly. Costs maybe 1 or 2$ to buy food for them.

The restaurant was a Thai restaurant on the waterfront. We had sweet and sour fish, some kind of pork and vegetables, and fried rice (I'm guessing with Jasmine). Very, very good. It also allowed a fantastic view of the sunset.

We did not visit the lighthouse on Bukit Melawati. I'm not sure if it was from time constraints or some other factor. However, it hardly mattered as from the description of the tour, you can't go inside anyway.

The highlight of the tour was (of course) seeing the fireflies and the glowing water at night. I've never seen so many fireflies, nor have I seen water that glows as it goes into motion. I still don't know (and havene't researched) why it glows like that, but it's sure cool to see.

Finally, our tour guide Hery/Harry (not sure how to spell it, since we received emails from someone spelling it Hery) was a fantastic tour guide. Very funny and always joking. Excellent guide.

The package included private transfer, water rafting and lunch, which is reasonable to the price. The driver is really nice, who took us to a famous restaurant for breakfast, excellent entertainment in the car and be our private photographer as he took a lot of pictures along our journey in Salengor river. The driver’s service was awesome and thoughtful. And the water rafting coaches were very skilful in keeping us safe!

You can’t really call it a tour, more of a really expensive taxi service to be honest. You just get dumped at one beach and left to your own devices. It would have been nice to be taken to a couple of beaches. Not worth it.
