It connects the airport and the city centre in 28 minutes. The quick connectivity comes at a price. Cost is high, less crowded. Every 20 minutes there is a connection

One of the most effective transportation to get from the central station to the Bukit Bintang area, where many hotels are. About 3 ringgit and about 15 minutes ride in an air conditioned train take you there. Might be a problem if you have heavy luggage. Sometimes quite crowded train, then the Aircon will not work as good. You buy a token as a ticket by cash machines , only small bills and coin usually works.

Two beautiful old buildings, the Railway Building and Railway Station, relics of a bygone age and now the office of Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad. Built in 1910 and 1917 to designs of British soldier/architect, Arthur Hubback, in the Moorish architectural style popular during the period. When first sighted, I assumed I was looking at a mosque with the ornate facades, domes and minarets atop the buildings. Its a shame that the buildings have not been converted to museums as available information is descriptive of the mix of architectural features and styles that adorn the inferiors. Unfortunately, the exteriors require some TLC, the deterioration of the structure very noticeable in places.

I was very impressed with Mr.Rosli's service. He went above and beyond by staying overnight near to our hotel in Cameroon highlands to ensure he could pick us up on time. The drive was smooth and safe. He dropped us to airport on time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Malaysia.

Great service however the app does not display the real time schedule anymore making it harder to plan trips. Appreciate if this can be rectified.

The elevated platform in the open offers good views to the iconic buildings in this central area, the spiked towers of the old colonial railway station and modern islamic Dayabumi tower. There is a new pedestrian walkway leading over the river. Chinatown with a huge skyscraper under construction is on the other side, the light blue Central market offers best and easiest Asian shopping without haggling.

Malaysia's railway service offers a limited network at the western side of the Malay peninsula. The ETS, or electric train service, is the fastest option to travel in the country. The ride from Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur is smooth, comfortable and on-time. Price is cheap but speed is relatively slow in Asia.

One of the easiest and safest way to travel to and from KLIA 1, this train serves from the main terminal to the heart of the city in KL Sentral. Tickets can be booked in advance from online platforms or on site ticketing counters. Ride is super smooth and hassle-free with spacious and comfortable seats and great window sights. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a reliable driver offering a comfortable and spacious vehicle to cover some distances in Malaysia. It was our first time in Malaysia, and we had some hotels already fixed, but for the distances, it was not feasible to just rely on Grab (especially not with some luggage). We contacted Mikael via WhatsApp to discuss our itinerary. Most drivers offer services with smaller MPVs; however, with a family of four and longer trips, it helps to have some space. Mikael’s car was exactly what we were looking for. He picked us up, always provided water, and drove us to our different destinations in Malaysia. He is a friendly and punctual person who cares about his business and his clients!

We traveled to Europe Croatia Zagreb. We took a Eko Taxi driven by Mr Roko Pahlic. I dropped my credit card holder (with all my cards) in his taxi without noticing it. Came back to the hotel during the night. The hotel receptionist informed me that the taxi driver had left a message for me saying that my credit cards was with him and would like to return it to me. I’m so grateful and happy for his kindness . His gesture made my day. Thank you Eko Company and Mr Roko Pahlic .

This is a really nicely presented train system. The MRT appears to be quite modern, running very sleek and efficient trains. I especially liked the fact that the trains are driverless, meaning that if you can bag a seat at the front, you can get an excellent view of the tunnels!

The trains and station platforms are also kept in an immaculate condition.

What would I change? The trains run every 10 minutes, which I think is just a bit too infrequent for a metro system. However, this isn't the end of the world considering how punctual this system is.

Overall, I would highly recommend using this MRT line!

We used the Kelana Jaya line quite frequently when on holiday in Kuala Lumpur. We found this to be an extremely efficient line to use when travelling round, with waiting times for trains never exceeding anything more than 10 minutes. At peak times, trains run more frequently so you're never left waiting too long for the next train to arrive.

Despite being a busy line, the four-carriage trains that run on this route were never 'overcrowded' and there always seemed to be a seat available whenever I got on. The best part about these trains is that they have walkthrough carriages, meaning you can walk the length of the train until you find an available seat.

The stations were well signposted and each platform had a customer services officer who you could speak to if you needed any assistance.

The stations all have lifts and there are priority seats on the trains, meaning this should be a nice and easy train system to use if you have mobility problems.

The only thing that I didn't like too much is that the 'ticket' machines dispense tokens, instead of regular tickets. As the tokens were quite small, you were constantly worried about losing them.

Overall, the Kelana Jaya Line is an excellent line to use. I would highly recommend using this form of public transport if you are visiting Kuala Lumpur and want to get round.

There is an Airport limo service counter located in Bay A or Bay 1. I bought a token, costs approx RM 130 for a Taxi to Chinatown. The ride was smooth, and the driver is excellent, I gave him the token, and he took us (couple) right up to the hotel lobby, offloaded my suitcases. Excellent service!
