Great service however the app does not display the real time schedule anymore making it harder to plan trips. Appreciate if this can be rectified.

Travelled twice with Aeroline this time. SG-KL and KL-PNG. Was quite a breeze checking-in, just show QR code and off we go. Captain for both trips were helpful with the bags. Mineral water, food and a cup of hot drink provided. Each seat equipped with entertainment with headsets and charging points. I have no issues with the SG-KL bus. Bus seat was very comfy. Plush soft leather with foot rest but I was surprise to see the seat for KL-PNG is different from SG-KL. The KL-PNG bus was made of fabric and no foot rest, hence both feet was rather wabbly after a 5hr trip. Fabric seat was quite dusty and I developed allergy on my journey. I wish all of Aeroline buses are the same as the ones the use for SG-KL.

We had lots of fun this tour as a group of girls! Our driver was super friendly and knowledgable, making sure we were aware of the do's and dont's of each stop. He also got us to each location quickly and gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Our first stop at the temple was beautiful and we got some great pics. Our second stop was definitely a highlight, since we got to feed and interact with monkeys hands on. Lots of laughs taking pictures with them on our shoulders! Dinner was a good portion and decent for price. Lastly, the trip out to see the fireflies was unforgettable and a bonus to watch the sunset on the lake!

We recommend this Skybus for commuting from KLIA-2 to KL-Sentral and also back. Each trip cost MYR 12 for individual. Travel time is from 50 min and above depending on the traffic. Very comfortable journey and free wifi.

You need to find a way to get to "GATEWAY" in KLIA-2 airport after immigration, as the airport direction boards are not user friendly. Same for getting from KL-Sentral
to KLIA-2 airport. The location to the ticket booth is not properly put up and no sign boards. Just remember the location where you got down in KL-Sentral when coming from the airport. The same location is for boarding the shuttle to go to the airport.

I had a very bad experience because the service is NOT direct from Larkin to Hatyai. It was a waste of time as they picked up passengers from other places like the town area and Tun Aminah. We were supposed to depart at 7 PM, but we only entered the highway at 8:20 PM. This company seems selfish, focusing on maximizing profits!

Bus was scheduled at 3pm, however, the bus was not on time at all. It was delayed and the bus only arrive for departure at 1618 hrs. The staffs did not even told us that there was gonna be a delayed fo more than an hour firstly and when we asked them how long were the bus be arriving and their response was shortly which = an hour later. There were three receptionist at the counter but none could be even bother to at least have the courtesy to inform.

It was our first time to take this bus, and it totally was a horrific one for us. Cause the basic customer service was just a tremendous dissapointment, where we waited for an hour plus delayed bus; with no information being told to us about it.

First trip to Genting Highlands via bus, and sadly it was an unpleasant experience.
The male staff standing outside the counter was very rude and called our group "bodoh sombong" a few times because we refused to engage in conversation with him for info, instead we queued directly to talk to the guy inside the Resort World booth. As women travellers, we always practiced caution and found absolutely no reasons to engage in conversations with him 1)he wasn't wearing a uniform /badge and 2)he could be very well a tout selling other services. Its New Year day, he could be more helpful and friendly.
Apart from this unsavoury incident, the bus ride was actually very enjoyable.

After travelling 1/2 way with fever using his phone, talking and texting he stopped at a truck stop-service centre for a smoke of his pipe. Back on the road was similar to the first section, talk and text. After stopping at KLIA1 heading to KLIA 2 the driver lit up his pipe while driving. Obviously the no smoking sign is not for him!🤢

830am fetched us from komtar penang.
sent us to sg nibong bus station.
    waited nearly another 90 mins.
waited and waited. driver was sleeping inside bus, told by easy book agent.
there were many westerners and indians from bombay plus indians from medan together we local malaysians waiting and waiting, contscting and contacting the agent n komtar billions, but to no avail.
thank to the easy book agent who tried hard to coordinate.
eventually, we managed to ride on bus to KL.

The local authority should revoke the bus license.

We took the Plusliner bus (VDS 7302) from KL Sentral to Penang, departing at 13.00 (5 January 2025).
Suddenly at around 15.00 the bus stopped and the problem was that the V Belt broke.
We were waiting in the middle of nowhere on the highway and the driver couldn't give us an explanation as to when the bus could be repaired, only telling us: help was on the way. No one came after a few hours, either no substitution bus and it started to get dark and rainy. About 30 passengers were waiting on the bus and it was very hot because the air conditioning was not working and there were no windows that could be opened. Actually, all the passengers remained calm, but they became angry and hungry, and couldn't even go to the toilet.

There's nothing we can do. Some of us really have to arrive in Penang before evening. Really frustrating!
