An iconic building of Malaysia and truly a beautiful architectural wonder. Looks amazing at night. A must visit when in KL!

Royal Selangor is a great unique stop when visiting KL. Chloe was our guide and expertly guided us around the facility. Most impressive is this is the only pewter factory in Malaysia and employs local women. All are expert craftsmen.

During the day it’s okay but after sunset the street it’s insane..you barely can walk with all food stalls and bbq on the street..people and people everywhere and not to forget the durian smell as well..But it’s worth it and food s delicious

Central Market and the Kasturi Walk is s shopping market for souvenirs, gifts and all whilst visiting KL.

Not too far from the MRT or a short walk, you can get off at either Pasir Naser or Masjid Jamek and reach there in no time whilst looking at the 118 Merdeka building.

The food court on the first floor serves delicious food from Momos, lamprais and nasi lemek. Nice Batik stores on the first floor as well.

This is quite a big park, & there are lots of birds to see. There's also a show/presentation, & that wasn't as good to see. However, right next to the stage, there's a big area for great pics with a waterfall and rocks & whatnot, which was great to visit (probably the best part of the whole park).

Beautiful temple and grounds in KL. When I visited on Saturday morning the place was chock-a-block full of wedding parties celebrate their big day.

Plenty to wander and see as well as shop stalls and food if you are interested. Worth an hour and going a bit out of the central city core.

We used this pedestrian walkway frequently to get between the Pavilion shopping centre and KLCC. It's a really convenient walkway and definitely is far more efficient than walking round outside. Before you get to KLCC, there is a convention centre you pass through where you can grab a Starbucks Coffee or nip the toilet. You also don't feel like you're walking for miles along the walkway making it an ideal way of getting between these two places. And because it's not a form of public transport, you avoid the any kind of train or bus fare.

The only thing to point out is that the "air-conditioning" (if there was any) wasn't particularly strong. It was still cooler than the outside but clearly insufficient to mitigate the exorbitant Malaysian temperatures!

Overall, I would highly recommend using this pedestrian walkway.

A very nice big museum with huge display of objects related to growth and development of Islamic art and architecture. Architecture gallery was the highlight with details of major structures and their models belonging to Islamic world. Ceramic, calligraphy, arms, pottery, textiles, glass ware and other kind of various artefacts throw light on Islamic world’s achievements in the cultural growth. A must visit if you are a fan of history and culture.

The new Panda Eyes multistore dominates the sleepier stretch of this short street where most tourists will find themselves. For classier shopping there is Pavilion at the other end and many restaurants in between. The popular outdoor food court is down a lane among the budget accomodation.

First and foremost, it is a lovely green park in the middle of a crowded city. Its existence as an urban green space is its biggest value.

A very pleasant place to walk or jog amongst greenery and get away from the concrete jungle. Some places to sit and rest in shade. Not many people despite my visit on a public holiday.

Unlike most other botanic gardens around the world, there were very few signs with information about the plants. Very few signs and maps around the gardens to show where you are and what else there is to be seen. Some of the paths and shade structures were cracked and needed some renovation, though still very functional.

Getting there on foot and public transport is possible, but requires determination because there are not many signs nor maps (not unlike many other attractions in KL).

Nevertheless, a very pleasant place to visit to get away from the concrete and commercialism and crowds of the city.

It is spectacular to enjoy the light and sound fontaine show. It is just outside the Suria Shopping Center and provides a magnificent finish of the day! Recommend to experience in person!

This mall is worth a visit if you enjoy your shopping and want to explore the different malls of KL. While a bit further out from KLCC where many tourists stay, it is still easy to reach via public transport or taxi/Grab. The mall is big with a good variety of stores and decent places to eat, though not as extensive as some other malls like Pavilion. With that said, give this place a visit if you like malls.
