It was an unplanned desert camping trip on my first Egypt visit. Before my airplane took off, I browsed the viator, and picked this trip.
Amir, the trio organizer was very friendly. Although I canceled the trip 24 hours before because I didn't receive any prpe information, Amir made the effort and gave me discount, eventually his reasonable price won me back.
In the desert, our safari desert guide Waheed, the "king of desert", is another highlight of the camping. He speaks good English, took us to unusual places to avoid crowd. He also cooks wonderful camp dinner including a ozone soup, delicious vegetables and chicken barbecue. He is also caring, funny, and honest. We sit around the camp fire drank the delicious tra he made and had the pleasant conversations about life.
My heart was deeply touched when I saw the moon shines the desert, and when the stars covers the full sky at the middle of the night when moon goes away and the whole world is in absolute silence. I made a promise that I will come back again whenever the scene of the moon, stats, and the desert starts to fade from my memory.
More to add is that this is a very safe trip because I am a female solo traveler.
