My only gripe would be the boat was very cramped, when I booked it said the max would be 30, but it was more like 40+ on the boat. We had the same guide (Anoy I think he said he was called) - he was so friendly and really funny/informative. He made sure everyone was having fun - one lady couldn’t swim so he took her in the water to ensure she could join in the fun too! The trip was well organised with soda and water available at all times. They also gave us snacks and fruit throughout the trip and provided a delicious lunch overlooking the marina before our busses picked us up. - Dora W1 contributionThis trip was perfect. We started off timely and met our very kind guides with coffee, water, snacks, and medicine if you get sea sick. We payed slightly more for a smaller group (120- but this included a photographer and water proof phone case) was well worth it. There were 18 on our boat, giving us enough room to sit comfortably. Each location we went to was beautiful. We had a large lunch buffet and were constantly offered iced cold water or Coke and snacks on the boat (cake and different fruits). Our boat staff were amazing. Tuk tuk was a sweet tour guide who made the experience so special. Our photographer Yod was also amazing. Everyone on the crew was, constantly checking in and making sure you are comfortable. Maya bay was busy, but there’s nothing you can do to avoid that. Two opportunities to snorkel and many to swim in different locations. We spent plenty of time at each spot. Phi Phi wasn’t overly crowded and lunch was great! Plenty of chances for photos and snorkelling/swimming. The boat was clean and in good condition and the ride was good. They could improve with their English - They know the vocabulary but their pronunciation needs improvement and they need to speak slower to be understood. There’s a lot of snorkelling and water time involved. We’d give it more of a 3.5/5 rating overall. The tour was a bit slow starting off - we were waiting for about half an hour before we got on the boat (i believe this was for other people to join the tour group). There were 15 people in the group in total. If you’re sitting at the back of the boat, bring ear plugs! It’s quite loud back there. I feel like lunch provided wasn’t great at all compared to other excursions I’ve been on (but to be fair, it’s hard to provide food for people on a boat). For the last stop of the tour after sunset, we were supposed to see bioluminescent plankton. However they were barely visible and no one in the tour stayed out for that long to look at them.
