An overall excellent wildlife viewing experience. We saw orangutans, probiscus monkeys, many other monkey species, hornbills, monitor lizards, civet cats, eagles, owls and crocodiles. Accommodation was comfortable will as twin shared rooms (which suited us as a couple). There were shaded hammocks to chill in during the peak heat of the day. Food was very tasty and all staff super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good wildlife experience in Borneo!

This experience was by far the best tour we did in Borneo, the staff were so lovely, we were picked up exactly on time and the location was beautiful and unique, we had lovely food and saw so many animals, including a pangolin! The staff showed genuine interest in the animals and giving great service. The whole experience was fantastic if you want to go on a tour this is the one to book.

Overall the tour was fine. However we were disappointed in that it was promoted as a private tour. We were surprised to find that another couple was also on the same tour. They had some serious physical limitations and were very slow. As a result we could not do everything we would have liked. Therefore I don't think we got our value for what we paid for. Bad business practice.

    This is an interesting tour.
You get to see genuine local village and houses, a cruise through the mangroves where you can see various wildlife including monkeys. After dark you do get to see the fireflies. We did not see many as the moon was full so not as dark as it can get. It was still a good experience. You then have a meal in the village which is reasonable quality, the villagers are very friendly and helpful.
    Would recommend.

Our tour was part of Tripadeal from Australia for 10 days. Brendan the tour leader was fantastic, so informative and funny, and passionate about his country. We really missed him when we did the 2 days add-on to Kuala Lumpur. It was great to see the different varieties of monkeys and orangutangs learning skills to allow them to go back and fend for themselves in the wild. The visit to see the Sun Bears was a highlight for me, and to hear about the wonderful work being done there

Loved all of it! It's a simple, honest, and authentic experience, and the staff and guides were great! They were very acommodating and allowed us to postpone our tour by 2 days with short notice due to some health problems beforehand. The manager Afiq even offered his room to us as there weren't any other free rooms left.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Hadi, knew very much about the animals and how to spot them. We were very lucky and saw the oeran outangs in as the recovery centre as in the wild a the the Rainforest discovery centre. We even saw a BorneanGibbon in the wild. It was very beautiful. Hadi our guide, wich talk good English, knew exactly when/where we should go to enjoy the views the most. We enjoyed the trip so much and we really recommend it to everyone. There are enough breaks to go to the toilet and such. And the tour is well spread across the day. We even could stay a little longer in the Rainforest discovery centre because we liked it so much. Again, we recommend this trip very much and it was a 10/10. And thnx Hadi for this amazing enjoyable day.

Mixed review on this one as we were highly anticipating the day and had booked it as my birthday treat. Single mum 3 teens. The caves were worth the visit - smelly but great to see - disappointed nobody advised us the collecting nests would start the next day as we would have changed the date to see this. Arrived for lunch in loads of time and hung around for 3 hours for Boat trip. Didnt realise people were heading to the jetty to queue for the boat so we were last on and could not sit together. All the tourists who had been on the boat already knew the best seats were on the outside so everyone took these first leaving single seats left spread out. The boat was crammed with 20 guests whilst on the water we saw other companies with smaller boats and less people and this would have been our preference. The trip was great the wildlife was fab and we enjoyed it just disappointed not to be sitting together with my kids on my birthday when we were first to arrive at the venue. If you go queue up at the jetty ready to jump on the boat or book with another company with smaller numbers.

Borneo Natural Sukau Bilit Resort Is a great play to stay in addition to the wonderful river cruises. The night cruise was amazing and got a chance to see crocodiles, birds like kingfisher, owls.

    the tour was awesome!
we spent the day with our guide and driver Ivy, a very cheerful, nice and funny girl who made the day very fun.
we did a lot of activities, the ones detailed in the itinerary, however Ivy was flexible and took into account one of our requests!
we went to a local restaurant for lunch and he recommended us what to eat, he also taught us words in the official Malaysian language.
    we highly recommend the activity!!

The layout of the Pasar is normal to other wet markets. Price of sea products is much cheaper than in Semenanjung. Although turtle eggs are forbidden there is still offer for it at a quite cheap price. Please don't buy and boycott this activity.

I came here again recently after the slow reopening post-Covid and was pleased to see that both sanctuaries' sterling work rehabilitating the animals was continuing apace. The bears at the Conservation Centre appeared to be thriving while the orphaned orang utans at Sepilok were the epitome of 'well cared for'. It is depressing that the number of orphaned apes appeared to have increased since my previous visit but their robust physical health gave glimpses of a potentially brighter future. This Tour is highly worthwhile as it combines both adjacent centres and affords one an insight into each one's excellent work.

Highly recommend this safari! We spotted tonnes of mammals and birds, including a magical experience with a family of pygmy elephants. The staff and guides are lovely and knowledgeable, and the food in the canteen is amazing. Wifi can be purchased for a small amount on site. The rooms are basic as it's essentially a research station, but each chalet has beds and a private bathroom. Definitely worth stripped back accommodation for the experience of being out deep in the primary rainforest. We did lots of drives at dawn, daytime, and dusk, and our driver was also amazing at spotting wildlife. No monkeys hanging around the lodges like you get at Kinabatangan which was a relief! All in all an amazing, highly-recommended experience and well worth the money.
