Terrific views, but do not underestimate the jarring, violently bumping nature of this Jeep ride. There were times we hit patches of road so bumpy I thought the fillings in my teeth would come out!
That being said, the views are breathtaking and if you don’t mind being bounced around, the tour is a lot of fun.
My number one recommendation would be if you take this or any other tour with this company, absolutely request Mason as your tour guide. We were assigned Mason by chance and we were very fortunate to get the chance to enjoy his wonderful sense of humor, friendliness and impressive knowledge of the area during the tour. In addition to his great personality, Mason has a very interesting and long family history in the Sedona area, dating back to his grandfather who is featured prominently, along with other members of his family in a book about Sedona.
Again, phenomenal views of the entire Sedona valley for miles once you survive the concrete mixer Jeep trip. We even got to see a rare Green Mojave rattlesnake crawl across our path. Supposedly the deadliest snake in Arizona.
