We was so lucky the weather was great. We had a lovely time my daughter and me. We spent the whole day there from 10-5pm. We could stay longer if we could. The attractions is fantastic and the staff also. The coffee wasn’t that good, we haven’t tried the food. The whole day was fantastic for us. We will go back again😍

Please do not go on all the negative reviews on here! I read these before attending and to be fair was sceptical....we arrived as it opened so it was nice and quiet for my 10 yr old and I to enjoy the exhibits.

Yes there are parts not working...however be mindful this is a huge project and a lot of effort and money has gone into making it work....there are people on site working on the exhibits etc. We loved the Lego section and also finding the answers to the challenges at each exhibit. My 10 yr old loved this and is into Lego and trains so it may not be everyone's cup of tea. I enjoyed it but found the entrance fee perhaps a little on the high side for the length of time of experience...we were there just over an hour

We had a great time at Wroxham barns. There is lots on offer and available as part of the entry price. Really great time. Not many covered seating areas and it was a very hot day! Would definitely recommend.

We hired a small launch for two hours from this friendly place. The guys were brilliant and very helpful. We got to ride on the boat for 2 hous and half way along grabbed an ice cream from a ice cream boat. We had a stress less afternoon on the boat. Highly recommend these guys

My husband booked this trip as a surprise and as I had just become unemployed after 40 years and his father had passed away it was a welcome retreat. Having hired from two different boat companies myself over twenty years ago I was looking forward to reliving the 'Broads'. When we arrived at Summercraft (booked through Hoseasons), the boat was ready, Paul who met us went through everything thoroughly (over an hour) and we were off. The boat was just right for two 'Gala Girl', lovely and clean, all the amenities and a few nice treats. Unfortunately I do not have naturally lovely hair these days so I took my hair dryer to be told I couldn't use it but they had a travel one on board. If you love your home comforts concerning bathing and the toilet be prepared to give them up I could shower but my husband was too big. Travel can be boring if you go on long journeys e.g., Breydon Water, didn't stop at Great Yarmouth just asked if ok to go under the bridge. We did most of the Broads apart from Lowestoft. Womack Water is a nice walk to the village and a pleasant pub with good food. Reedham has some good walks, train and pubs but no yacht station as mentioned in the Broads magazine. Potter Heigham (didn't go under the bridge) was OK. Huge shop with loads to buy, what looked like a good cafe but two pubs, one shutting/opening the other refurbishing? Stalham you could walk to another pub but the hotel nearest the mooring was very pleasant, we asked for food to take away. We decided not to go all the way to Norwich but to Moor in Wroxham and catch the train. When we entered Wroxham we found a great space outside Barnes Brinkcraft Marina, we asked if ok to Moor and they said all good. There was electric and showers you just had to see the office first to request, had to pay a small fee. Then my husband and I decided to walk to Summercraft to make sure we knew the way when returning the boat in a few days, it was about 6pm. When we got there Sue the owner who we had not met before came out of the office. We mentioned we had moored the boat at Barnes to which came the most unexpected response. She became extremely irate and asked why we had parked there. We explained it was available and easy to park there. She asked why we hadn't come to summercraft? We said it didn't cross our minds. She asked the same question again so we said the same answer. She even turned to walk away but then turned back and still in an angry tone said 'her' boat would get bashed into. We explained it was not in harms way. She asked if we were not enjoying our holiday! I was beginning to get upset and angry at this outburst, it was becoming relentless. So my husband to keep the peace said he would Moor the boat at summercraft . Unfortunately this ruined what was left of our day and sadly the following morning. There was a decent toilet to use at summercraft, we saw an electric post, water etc., but no showers, I didn't want to ask! It was quiet too until the cleaning ladies came to clean the adjacent boats at 6.30 yet one of the stipulations for common decency is not to start your boat until at least 7.30am. My husband and I went to Norwich and we enjoyed the 'Riverside Walk'. The next day we took the car out and went into Wroxham, although it was walking distance this was the only day it poured with rain. Wroxham has Roy's which is really good and a few decent places to eat etc., plus train station. The next day we took the boat and went to Horning. This place is extremely popular and difficult to find spaces to Moor at lunch time so get there early. In all our holiday was very enjoyable. The boring times were the long journeys. I would recommend it if you love walks, nature and people, oh and most importantly 'water'.
