What travellers are saying
- Yvonne M35 contributionsI hadn’t been to this park since I was 7 or 8 years old. I will say it was along time ago. A long long time ago. Anyway, what a gem it was to go. It was the second day of Boysneyberry festival, we stayed on property. The park is clean, much bigger than I remembered and fun.
Why I gave it 4 out of 5, because Better signage; bathrooms, rides, general area directions. Maybe even directories in key locations. The park staff members said they don’t give out paper maps, but maybe a QR code to download the map at the entrances would be a good idea.Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The lineups are not bad at all and our 11 year old daughter loves it as do we.Written 5 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HappyJanaLas Vegas, NV839 contributionsCould be fun on like a Tuesday morning if you can swing it. When we went it was shoulder to shoulder in the lazy river and the lines for the slides were so long we didn't bother going on them.Written 14 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Robert MLa Palma, CA413 contributionsThe exhibits are great and there is always someone there to answer any question you might have. There is a fee to park inside the park which is cheaper during the week. There is some free parking on Rosecrans, or at least there was.Written 14 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LnS2004Cypress, CA6,228 contributionsWe have enjoyed our many outings to this unique mall that included attending a dinner party at the Italian restaurant on the third floor(surprisingly good quality, tasty pastas!), multiple visits to PlayPie, an indoor playground with our grandkids who love the wide varieties of play structures designed for young kids, followed by lunches at the food courts on both second and third floor that offer good selections of restaurants serving different Asian cuisines. It’s only a very limited sample of this mall’s many offerings, that even includes a theatre! Our friends told us it reminds them of being in Korea; many shops cater specifically to Korean clientele. Parking is easy at the huge multi-level lot. It’s a good place to spend an afternoon with family.Written 23 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 633KennyBuena Park, CA18 contributionsWe were graciously invited to do a tour of this different but beautiful facility by the Jain leadership. The people there were kind, friendly and welcoming. The food was quite good as well. While I am not familiar with the religion of Jainism I can tell the members of this establishment are very serious and genuine in their beliefs. I found the interior to be more ornate than opulent. Overall it is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit that could possibly draw one deeper into the history and formation elements of Jainism. Definitely worth a look!Written 3 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- T S15 contributionsI remember visiting this as a child, thinking it was cool and different, but could never understand how something from English Colonial history fit in Southern California. Now I know the significance, and while the location is even more odd than before - occupying the same place but with a water park on one side and picnic pavilions on the other - it's become a part of Knott's and Southern California history, and should be visited if only to confirm its existence. I am very happy it's not been torn down, like so many other things that are thought to have outlived their time.
Walkways surrounding the building are available any time that side of the park is open, but inside tours have limited hours, usually late morning to early afternoon.Written 21 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
