- Ricky O5 contributionsThis was our 4th year making the trip to the Florida Keys from the Buckeye State Ohio and renting from Mitch.As always it was an amazing time. Fishing, Boating and Exploring. This time we made our first run to over to Tarpon Belly, what an amazing place, the shallow waters and wildlife. We rented 2 boats that were clean, functional and exceeded our expectations. We had the owners cell phone in case we needed anything. I left a water bottle on the boat and they texted me so I could swing by. You can really tell he cares. He is very enthusiastic, genuinely enjoys what he does, and is a great captain! I got some fantastic photos of this difficult to visit treasure! He keeps his boat spotless (you would never know he ran an all day fishing charter just before I boarded). Highly recommend, responsive, excellent pricing, enthusiastic, safe, and knows the area well. - BrunogixxerDeLand, FL13 contributionsWe had a great time on the water today. Andrew made sure that we stayed on fish. Caught a nice variety of fish with 8-9 keepers. He was very patient with my wife and son. I also picked up a few pointers from him that I never realized in the past of my bad habits. Andrew is very professional with a nice boat and nice gear. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to experience the variety of fishing that the keys has to offer. I look forward to a tarpon trip with him next time. - ABerry053310 contributionsWhile “some other BIG NAME boats” focus on profit for their owners, Captain Conrad’s goal is to provide a memorable fishing experience for his clients. He is professional, knowledgeable, high-energy, and relentless. He had an aggressive plan to push out where he knows fish are as opposed to wasting time on over-fished spots that are closer to shore. We did whatever was necessary (trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, flat lining, you name it) to catch high quality fish-Bull Mahi, Black fin Tuna, Snapper, Grouper, Almaco Jack, Yellow Eyes, Blackbelly Rosefish. Steve (we have two other Steve's in our group so we called him Mitch) is quick to respond to any questions we have and was very knowledgeable about fishing in the area. We rented the boat and fishing gear from him. He gave helpful hints about where to go...where to avoid and bait use. - Erik U1 contributionCaptain Bob is a great guide. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fishing from fly fishing to barracuda and shark fishing.
He has been guiding and personally fishing the Keys for over 20 years.
He is patient and willing to teach.
I always have a great time fishing with Captain Bob.

Came back with a cooler of fish which we had cooked at Mangrove Momma's for lunch. GREAT day of fishing and sight seeing. - DanBristol, UK27 contributionsWhat an absolute gent! Jay is a top man and extremely knowledgable. He took my wife and I out for the day to a sand bar, snorkelling spots and family fishing. I have fished with Above and Below a few times already and every time I am blown away. Our first day out with another guide is the nightmare that every fisherman hopes doesnt happen,the dreaded "boat ride".We really had a bad taste in our mouth when our wives came upon Captain Dale and convinced us to give him a try.As usual they were right.
