It has a colored photograph advertising sunset cruise. We thought this was our cruise. The cruise was scheduled at 430. At 4 pm cruise operators arrived and instructed the gathering crowd to walk to the booth to collect a Paper ticket. At the both we were told we were not at the correct tour. Ours was around the corner. We walked there to be told our cruise had already departed. - teahouse77Philadelphia, PA24 contributionsWe booked the afternoon snorkel trip as we did not want to commit to a whole day, but still wanted some time on the water. The weather was perfect and our guides took us to a calm area with abundant fish and interesting coral. We very much appreciated the small group experience (only 8 of us on the boat) and personalized service. Our hosts answered questions about the fish and the history of the area, made sure everyone was comfortable using the equipment, and kept an eye on us when we were out swimming. Our hosts began the trip offering a cold soda/water before we headed out for the 45 min trip out to the snorkel area and after our time in the water, made sure that everyone had their beverage of choice from the broad selection of beer, wine, etc... If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing, and minimal pressure experience, this is the perfect tour. While the snorkeling was fun, my husband and I particularly enjoyed simply being on the boat and relaxing with an excellent view, friendly people, and a cold beverage. A shuttle was available from our hotel to lazy dog but for the trip back the van wouldn’t start so they called us an Uber at no charge to us. Our group split off between people who were comfortable and wanted to go fast and people who weren’t so ready for that. If need more than 1 ticket should buy for all in travel group at one time as they adjust prices by the second. We learned so many facts about the island, stopped at a couple bars to hang out and cool off and overall just had a great time with our guide Adam and the other riders! It was a beautiful time and a great way to end our trip!!! The staff is so well organized when we went to pick up our bikes and they had everything ready for us (including a bottle of water because you know you need it down there). The water visibility was not that great, at least for that day. Saw only a few fish.
