Cats galore and a very cool house. We went to this tour when we visited Key West for the afternoon. I would recommend doing a tour through the house.

We enjoyed a beautiful Key West afternoon at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. The fort was very interesting, though lacking in signage explaining what you were seeing. Still, very cool place.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, and was a wonderful place to swim. The water was very tropical looking, and was the perfect temperature for swimming.

No trip to Key West would be complete without a visit to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. Two thumbs up!

Entertaining and beautiful experience to have with young children. Live music every night and entertainers keeping your little ones occupied. Not a lot of people when we traveled April 11-16 and it was great to walk around in the morning with hardly anyone around and as well as after sunset.

Various boutiques and souvenir shops, tattoo parlors and dozens of bars and restaurants and it's only about one mile long.

Our family loved driving the Overseas Highway down to Key West. We thought the entire drive was over bridges and narrow islands where you could see the water from both sides but actually much of the trip through the islands looks as if you are driving through any Florida beach town. The seven mile bridge was definitely a highlight and we stopped to walk some of the pedestrian bridge. Other places we stopped included John Pennekamp State Park, Snooks Bayside and the Fish House in Key Largo, Rain Barrel Village, Blonde Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory and Robbie’s in Islamorada.

Come and take a quick picture. We had a short line to wait through. Nearby street parking. Only need 5 minutes not much else in that immediate area.

I didn’t go inside the museum because my party was ready to leave.
There are 88 steps to the top of the lighthouse.
The Lighthouse Museum and the Ernest Hemingway Museum face each other and are located on corner intersections. It makes it so easy to locate these landmarks.

    The landscape is well maintained.

This place is a gem! Do not miss it! It’s a smallish place located right on the beach that is packed with beautiful and interesting plants…a butterfly garden, flowering cacti, flowering trees and shrubs, sculpture, and so much more. Bring your camera! The exhibits are all outdoors. There is no admission fee but this non profit accepts donations. After touring the gardens, trust me you’ll want to make a donation. You could spend 1/2 hour here or an hour or so. They also have a small, lovely gift shop.

We ducked into the gallery, just planning to browse. We were very impressed with the pictures….simply beautiful! Alan graciously posed with us for a picture. It was a wonderful morning in Key West. The art we purchased will be a precious reminder of this trip and of the goodness in the world.

    It's an interesting museum.
Has it all History& 2 halls of Arts. Also there is unusual and thoughtfully done exhibition of sketches dedicated to E. Hamingway and his Man and the sea.

Highly recommended to understand the history of the southern point of US!

What a beautiful home! The gardens are steps from the mayhem of Duval St and are quiet but serene. A guide will meet you on the first floor and give you a little history and is there to answer questions but the house is self guided. The original Audubon plates are on display as well.

What a beautiful hidden treasure. Great place to visit and relax. Walk around the garden and overlook the water. We found a beautiful spot in the garden to just chill out

Terrific shop full of interesting art and photography. A great stop as you wander historic Key West. Colorful and full of perfect tropical art and interesting photography for any Vandenberg wreck divers. We ended up with a really nice print after getting a complete history of its creation from the very interesting owner. Not a pretentious gallery, but rather a fun stop on the way to the next site, bar or restaurant.
