- Wanderer46231536068Charleston, WV11 contributionsGood trip. Very long ride but it is what it is. Air conditioner was either on high or off. I’d bring a blanket or light throw. Seats were a little worn and uncomfortable. Narration was good and bilingual. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Key West was beautiful. We did the hop on and hop off trolley tour which was great and very informative. I would recommend this trip. We had lunch at Sloppy Joes and it was delicious. Their Key Lime pie was excellent. There are lots of great places to eat. - Charles I1 contributionThe trip started a-little rough we were a few minutes late to the pickup location and not contacted by the tour guide when they left. We would have told him that we were paying for parking and would be there shortly. I did not have time to contact your office until we arrived at the meeting place. Your office provided us with the address of a hotel we could meet the bus at in Miami. Excellent experience.
My only complaint was the actual bus.
It was not confortable at all.

- Kremer N2 contributionsCaptain Ed and first assistant Mikey were very knowledgeable and patient with us. I took my 2 sons (14 and 11) and father in law a few days before Thanksgiving. We all had a blast. We trolled for Mahi on the first portion of the trip about 10 miles from shore and 400 foot depth. We caught 4 Mahi (lost one as we were reeling) and then headed to 7 mile bridge and caught several jacks, snapper, and other fish. The trip lasted from 8-145. They cleaned the fish for us and we made delicious fried fish tacos the same night. He also talks a lot about the culture of key west. The bus is really clean. This Self-Guided tour gave us a lot of interesting information and made the drive fun and enjoyable. We were able to take the tour at our own pace. - Julia B1 contributionCaptain Hiram is a wonderful host. He provided us with all necessary information in advance without having to ask. Meeting point was easy to find. Nice spacious shiny boat. We saw dolphins and a turtle on the way and of course a lot of fish at the snorkeling site. Hiram fulfilled our son‘s wish to make an extra stop to do some jumping from the boat. It is critical to download your tour on WiFi before you start on your trip.We have listened to audio tours before on driving trips. This app aligns with others that we have enjoyed. We find them helpful with regard to the history of an area, places to visit, and great eating spots. Snorkelling was a let down though, Water was merky and not what we expected at all. This was the only downfall. He was available for questions even before the tour started. He provided suggestions of places for us to see and allowed us to tailor the trip to our needs.
