I melted in my massage bed. I can't rave enough, great work and great service, Jessica the front desk manager was great as well. BUT the manager came out and was very sorry, she did not charge us for the amazing experience. the masseurs were formidable and the respect for the client erased the bad moment we had. they took full responsibilty of the mistake. I get fascial stretching and massages done separately back home, so this was a really cool experience to receive both within one session. He was also able to hit all of my stress points effectively. I wish she lived closer to me because I would go to her all the time!!!! They were able to book us within two hours of calling. The room was clean and simple; nothing fancy. The massage is probably one of the best massages we’ve ever had. They asked what kind of pressure we wanted, and adjusted at our request throughout the massage. I’ve never had a woman with such strong hands give me a massage, and at one point she climbed on the table to work out the knots in my back (I have multiple herniated discs that cause muscle spasms and knots). We felt amazing at the end of the massage. After 22 hrs of travel all I wanted to do was sleep on the last leg of the journey and the relaxing massage helped work out mots of the knots and soreness that had accumulated and just after takeoff ... i was out.. !

He knows what he’s doing and has excellent hands. - Ariana1 contributionI went for the day to get a spa massage that included a beach day access. Everything went superb from the massage to the recommendations on what to eat and drink. Steve, our beach attendant, really helped me out the whole day and accommodated my needs and recommended me where to go next in Miami. Steve was constantly checking if everything was going well and what more he could do for us. Natasha was my server and gave excellent customer service.
