BUT the manager came out and was very sorry, she did not charge us for the amazing experience. the masseurs were formidable and the respect for the client erased the bad moment we had. they took full responsibilty of the mistake. I get fascial stretching and massages done separately back home, so this was a really cool experience to receive both within one session. He was also able to hit all of my stress points effectively. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere for some much-needed me time. Cristina, the expert facialist, was fantastic. She took great care to address my very sensitive skin and allergies, recommending products that have completely revamped my skincare routine. After 22 hrs of travel all I wanted to do was sleep on the last leg of the journey and the relaxing massage helped work out mots of the knots and soreness that had accumulated and just after takeoff ... i was out.. !

I believe the massage therapist was named Maria. I wish she lived closer to me because I would go to her all the time!!!! I opted for a facial featuring micro-needling with stem cell therapy, and I was truly impressed by the results. My skin felt rejuvenated and glowing afterward.
For my body treatment, I tried the EMSlim Neo machine, which is a remarkable non-invasive body sculpting option. Alan is really professional, attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. I could see noticeable improvements after just one session.

They were able to book us within two hours of calling. The room was clean and simple; nothing fancy. The massage is probably one of the best massages we’ve ever had. They asked what kind of pressure we wanted, and adjusted at our request throughout the massage. I’ve never had a woman with such strong hands give me a massage, and at one point she climbed on the table to work out the knots in my back (I have multiple herniated discs that cause muscle spasms and knots). We felt amazing at the end of the massage.
