    Amazing Studio
    This is an amazng Pilates studio! The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. The place is clean and peaceful. I really enjoy coming here to exercise, I feel great after each class. After a shoulder dislocation, and just a few classes my shoulder feels so much better. I highly recommend OptimalFit Pilates Studio.

    Delicious vegan resstaurant
    Visiting Miami I stopped in for a plant based salad bowl. The flavors were so fresh. I felt so healthy after I finished my lunch which kept me going all day. I will definitely pop back in on my visit to Florida next year.

    The place is super dope. Great vibes and great instructors. Highly recommended. You would be remis to not attend given the oportunity.
