The crew is incredibly friendly and the DJ kept the music upbeat and was a wonderful tour guide pointing out certain celebrities houses and significant landmarks. They take a picture of you when you come on board and put it in a keepsake holder which you can buy for $20. Seats were a little worn and uncomfortable. Narration was good and bilingual. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Key West was beautiful. We did the hop on and hop off trolley tour which was great and very informative. I would recommend this trip. We had lunch at Sloppy Joes and it was delicious. Their Key Lime pie was excellent. There are lots of great places to eat. - Vickie B2 contributionsThe trip itself was good , BUT BE VERY AWARE that you will get scammed by the ‘win a holiday’ reps on board.
There was lots of people who didn’t take a raffle slip to fill out, which now we know the reason why.
I believe they target young people and people not from the US as they are probably more likely to believe the scam.
The rep paid for an Uber for us to get to the hotel (where we should redeem our free holiday voucher) he also said to let him know once we had finished so that he could arrange another Uber (paid for by him) back to where we needed to go - I think this was a way of fooling you and buttering you up
Everything seemed so dodgy and too good to be true - the boat cruise operatives should be very ashamed they allow this on their tours!!
The people who let them on the boat, are just as bad as the scammers.

I however received confirmation immediately and an email with meeting point information. Initially contacting Manuel our tour guide through wattsapp to confirm pick up that morning he was very quick to respond and indeed informed me he was running late but was on his way. After meeting Manual I was happily reassured that the rain that had started (which he called liquid sunshine) would not last long! After picking up fellow tour members, the rain stopped and the tour was everything I hoped it would be.Manuel made everyone in the group feel welcome, was informative, fun and involved everyone so we all felt comfortable together. The transportation was great, comfortable minivan and we saw a great deal of Miami in half a day. I highly recommend this tour for people that don't have much time but would like to see Miami!! She had knowledge and great insight, and was simply joyful to be around. She made everyone feel welcome. Even those of us that were slower than others.
