    Lovely and very pleasant visit with Banana Joe. Hagen puts his passion into his work with exquisite explanations and animal-based pieces ! What to say if I had the opportunity to do it again, certainly it was my best guide. I loved his availability and creating good group vibes.

    Everglades Experience
    We took this trip on Sunday, December 22, 2019. It was a little confusing to find the pick up location at the Torch of Friendship area. There is a parking ramp in the area. Once we located this roadside monument, we found the bus and driver. He immediately welcomed us and offered water to all. We drove for approximately 30 minutes while our driver pointed out highlights along the route. Once at the Everglades, we were given ear plugs and lined up for our turn on the boats. No waiting, we immediately boarded and headed out. We were please to see many gators and birds. The air boat driver gave us an exciting ride as well. The actual length of the ride is about 20 minutes. Next we attended a "show" seeing some gators and other animals up close. The tour ends with an opportunity to hold a small gator and get your photo taken for a fee. There is a gift shop and snack bar. Driver returns you to the starting point.

    Great Tour in Miami!
    My wife and I had a great time on this tour of Miami. We especially liked Little Havana. Our guide Julian and the driver were awesome! Lots of cool info on the way. Just the right number of stops to shop and eat lunch. Plus we chatted with the other tour members. Highly recommended.

    Fun evening activity with kids
    Really enjoined the night tour bus. Michael was a great host! Sadly they had a few technical problems with the bus so we departed a bit late, hence the 4 stars.

    3 different adventures perfectly packed in one day - with the excellent price
    3x different adventures perfectly packed in one day. We had enough time to see Little Havana, have a boat trip around the islands, and short by really enough time on Everglades. All three guides were very professional and enthusiastic about what they were sharing, they built a super friendly atmosphere with jokes and interesting content. They took us to the most interesting places to have the right flavor, and we even found three alligators in a wild. Price-wise vs quality is on a super good level. Fully recommended. Only one minor disadvantage: The bus for Everglades was 30 min delayed and no one was there to inform us also the hotline/chat was without response.

    Wonderful trip
    Wonderful time. Ryan was such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide and the time just flew by. He gave interesting history talks during the drives. Recommend doing this trip

    No issues
    The transfer to Key West was fine. Pick up was smooth and communication with the company prior to the trip was good. If you want to book onto a tour on the day , take cash, which we were not told. The tours are at least $45 per person. The bus journey is long but well worth it to visit Key West.

    Great until it wasn’t
    Loved seeing all the sights and having lunch in little Havana. Was very disappointed at the end, the bus driver lead us to believe the boat tour would have us back in time for the bus but we had to wait an hour and a half or get a ride share to get back to our hotel in time for our dinner reservation.

    Memories forever! So glad I picked this tour...
    Though I count very much on reviews, I almost never post one. In this case I simply have to…as this tour, provided by Hagen of Banana Joe, has been simply exceptional!

    If you are truly interested experiencing Miami and the Everglades with every sense, this is the tour! You will see the hotspots but as well the secret places, and you will learn a lot about the history of the city and the background of the diverse districts, but as well about the flora and fauna of the Everglades.

    But it is much more than the facts or pictures! I was simply impressed by the fresh and inspiring style of Hagen, his broad knowhow and ability to personally communicate and connect to his guests. And the day was perfectly organized! Reliable communication upfront, highest convenience with the pick-up/drop-off at the hotel or during the Everglades visit, high flexibility for individual wishes or the intimacy and fun of a small group, to just name a few reasons to choose this tour! But again, it is foremost and especially Hagen´s great passion for individual tourism, resulting in interesting explanations and personal recommendations, much beyond standards – and not just for Miami or Florida!

    Thank you very much, Hagen, for this outstanding visit and tour! Though the day-to-day routine has taken over again, the memories and excitement for Miami are very present – thanks to you!!!

    Amazing private tour of the Everglades and Little Havana
    The whole family loved this private tour, an airboat on the everglades spotting aligators followed by a stop in little havana on the way back for some cuban culture. Our tour guide Frederico was so knowledgable about Miami, professional, fun and all round great guy. This is a must do in Miami.

    Bus sightseeing excellent
    The bus part of the sightseeing was excellent, and the tour guide was very good.
    The boat part of the journey was disappointing, very over enthusiastic guide….to many people and the bus arrived late at the port, and our group got very bad seating ….
    But the bus tour made up for it.

    Florida Keys road trip
    The audio tour was well worth the small investment t !! We really appreciated the recommendations for activities and dining along the route as well as a bit of history on the area.

    Felt like we had another traveler with us, we played the audio whenever we were within range.

    Great day of customized sightseeing in Miami
    Its was a little challenge to arrange the pick up from the Cruise Port - but it all worked out. Kristin was a superb guide / driver showing many aspects of the city that the big buses couldn't even begin to access. Especially the estates on Star Island - perhaps the highlight of the day. Price very competitive to the big bus guys also. Highly recommend if you want something out of the ordinary. As a photographer, she would also accommodate stops to allow me to get out and take real pictures. A great day it was.
